What To Expect
San Francisco Bay
As you settle in for the journey, we’ll pass by some exceptional San Francisco sights. Catch views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island and the incomparable San Francisco Skyline as we head east on the Bay Bridge. The journey to Yosemite typically takes about 4 hours.

You’ll taste a piece of California’s rich agricultural hub as we pass through a slice of the Central Valley famous for specialty fruits and nuts such as almonds, walnuts, cherries, and strawberries. Here we will also make a stop at a grocery store for you to pick up lunch and any other supplies you'll need for the day.

3.00This was basic transportation Yosemite. The bus ride was quite uncomfortable as it bounced and shook for a lot of the journey. Thought a “small group” would mean more comfort and flexibility but that wasn’t what we got. That said, Yosemite is beautiful and well worth a visit.

2.00We paid for a tour to Yosemite and the Sequoias. Because of the weather they had to cancel the Sequoia part of the “tour” which was not their fault. But then instead of replacing it with other activities they just dropped us in Yosemite for 3.5 hours by ourselves not guiding us or giving a tour. There was no tour at all just an expensive transportation to Yosemite. Very disappointed with the experience.

5.00I had a great experience on the tour. Our guide was extremely friendly and provided a great background on the geography of California and the history of Yosemite that helped me appreciate not just the park, but also the drive out there. He went above and beyond to accommodate guests and to ensure that everyone was taken care of. The quality of driving was also high, a critical factor given the winding roads up to the park, and the group size was small enough that we were able to ask our own questions. Super comfortable seats too. Finally, the guide gave great recommendations on the best use of our free time in the valley, which I appreciated. The tour covered all the major views in the park! Overall, I would do this trip again in a heartbeat. Yosemite was beautiful and it was a relief to not have to worry about the logistics of a day trip from San Francisco.
