Staff was super nice and the audio was very informative. Some of the stops were a little far from the advertised landmark - Lombard St and Ghirardelli Square. We had to take the bus in between some stops to supplement. Overall it was a great tour!

The tour was never taken. After receiving an email the original scheduled tour was cancelled due to weather, this company advised me the day of it was in error. There was a massive protest in SF disrupting all stops/scheduled tour pick ups. I finally managed to get to Union Square, a 3 hour journey, and was told the last trip was boarding. This meant an additional outbound trip of 2.5 hours. This would have been after dark and the weather was not desirable. I asked for a refund, and of course, all signs point to Viator as the bus tour company wouldn’t help.

Simple process, easy to contact. Never had a problem with them here or in New York my go to trip provider

We bought a two day pass with the evening tour for our short stay in SF. The evening tour, despite some mechanical issues, was a terrific experience and helped us get our bearing and plan for the next day. A replacement bus picked us up in no time and we were all wrapped up, just a little over the time allocated. The stops took in the main spots we wanted to see, though I think it was an especially busy day for the service and traffic wise which caused some heartache with long queues and longer than advertised waits later in the day. We were fortunate that our day was not impacted too much, others on the bus were expressing frustration. We opted not to get off at a few stops, worried that we'd have to wait too long for space on the following buses. Still, we saw what we absolutely deemed essential sightseeing. Staff were considerate, helpful with the pre bookings and managed a challenging day respectfully. I would give them another go, here and in other cities and anticipate 4-5 stars instead.

An easy way to visit the city! Definitely something to do when you don't have a lot of time. Un bon moyen de voir tous les lieux d'intérêts en une journée. Gracias a Oscar por su atención al cliente. Thank you very much 🙏🏾

I love the fact that there was ear buds to hear to your guide because I’m sure I would not have been able to hear a live person if they were talking…. Also, it was very informative.
