We really enjoyed the cooking class as Angela was entertaining, helpful and fun. It was especially interesting learning how to make the bao. The food was tasty and we learned a lot about Taiwanese food.

Great guide in the preparation of the Xioa Long Bao and great explanation how the other dishes are prepared. At the end there were also all recipes including souvenir photo.

Best thing out of our trip so far. Our trainer was engaging and funny. It didn't feel like we were paying for the illusion of a class, it was an actual class. She paid attention to what we were doing right or wrong, and helped us when we needed it. The session itself flowed very smoothly. we never felt rushed, and all equipment and ingredients were prepared by assistants at different stations at different times so as to form a seamless experience for the participants. They even made sure to take a generous number of photos of everyone so we could focus on the class. Amazing experience. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Diane led our class of about 10 people. She did a great job making it fun, informative and interesting. She was great with the experienced chef down to the 10 year old kid. Our food at the end was fantastic!! We all gained practical knowledge and feel that we can easily make this again following the directions that they provided. Don’t miss out on this fun opportunity!!

I wouldn’t recommend doing this until the end of your stay unless you are the type of person that eats dessert first! It was that amazing. The entire experience was A+. I took my 17 year old with me, we were joined by 4 others. The group size made it even better since we received so much personal attention from the instructors. When we left with our new friends, my son asked me how much the 3 hour experience cost. Both my new friends and I agreed, NOT ENOUGH. Value far exceeded cost.
