  We were expecting a local tour guide(Japanese) who can speak English who knows the local culture and key things to look for. What we got is a foreigner who barely speaks english and has limited knowledge of the local culture

  I had such a great experience visiting Mount Fuji with Haan as my tour guide. He was genuinely so kind, patient, and easy to be around the entire day. You can tell he really cares—he checked in often, made sure I was comfortable, and had this calm energy that made the whole trip feel effortless. He also knew all the best spots for photos and shared little bits of history and local insight that made the experience feel more personal. I never felt rushed, and he planned everything in a way that just flowed. If you’re thinking about doing a Mount Fuji tour, I honestly can’t recommend Haan enough. He made the day feel special and unforgettable

  Petteri was an incredible guide! As I was traveling alone, it was nice to have someone to speak with in English and explore the sites with me, and find great snacks along the way. Although I’d been debating the tour when I booked it, having experienced the grandiose views and good conversation, I’m sincerely so glad I took this tour. Would do again and would recommend to anyone visiting.

  Our tour guide messaged the day before recommending a 6 AM pickup instead of 7 to avoid traffic, which was a great call. Because of that, we made it to our first stop, Oshino Hakkai, before 8 AM and were the first ones there. The view was beautiful and we had about 30 minutes before heading to Chureito Pagoda, where we spent around 45 minutes. After that, we went to Lake Kawaguchiko, where he suggested we try a speed boat ride. It was a bit pricey for a short 20-minute ride, but it was fun and the boat guide took great photos of us. He then brought us to Oishi Park and recommended ice cream, but the line took longer than expected, and I wished we had more time to take photos and browse souvenirs. For lunch, he took us to a wagyu restaurant he highly recommended. He mentioned it was on the pricier side and that many of his customers enjoy it, but my husband and I thought it was just okay. I asked if we could stop by a tea shop nearby instead of Lawson, and while he agreed, he repeatedly mentioned that I should’ve asked at the beginning of the tour so he could plan the route. I didn’t think of it until that moment, and we were only there for a few minutes, but he brought it up several times, which made me feel rushed. Throughout the tour, I felt like we were constantly pressed for time. I even thought we were running behind, but he still added a final stop at a temple before heading back to Tokyo around 1:15 PM. One thing that felt misleading was the itinerary. We didn’t get to see Hakone at all, because we were told we needed to choose between certain Mt. Fuji spots to make the timing work. The booking made it seem like both areas were included, so I was surprised that we had to choose and that the Mt. Fuji portion itself ended up being around 5.5 hours. Overall, it was a good trip — we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji, avoided traffic, and visited some beautiful spots. I just wish the pacing felt less rushed, that expectations were clearer, and that the stops were not cut so short. Also, the guide smelled like smoke each time he picked us up, which was a bit unpleasant.

  We had a great experience with this tour. Our guide, Zia, was amazing. He arrived before our designated pickup time and drove us safely out of Tokyo. He was super knowledgeable about each area and gave us the exact kind of insight we were hoping for. This was so much more than just a driver for the day. Zia asked our preferences and molded the experience to best suit our interests. We were very lucky to have experienced this tour as well as a crystal clear morning that was perfect for viewing Mt Fuji.

  We had an incredible day exploring Mt. Fuji! The weather was perfect, and we made several stops along the way for stunning photo opportunities. Our driver and guide, Israr, was absolutely amazing-friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly loved every moment of this trip and are very grateful to Israr for making our day so special. Highly recommend this tour!

  We had a wonderful day even though the weather was not great and Mt Fuji was shrouded in the fog. Our driver was an amazing tour guide and photographer :) He was very accommodating and pivoted with us when it started raining and we couldn't make it to Mt. Fuji.

  We had a really relaxing and enjoyable day with Akbar at Mt. Fuji. He took us to all the main spots, kept the pace comfortable, and made the whole experience feel effortless. It was a beautiful and stress-free way to see Mt. Fuji!
