**ALL GROUP BOOKINGS SHOULD AVOID BOOKING INDIVIDUALLY as there will be no guarantee that you can join together.
ALL Participants will need to obtain special documents to drive in Japan. • For most countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in the booklet format compliant to the 1949 Geneva Convention is required. Valid IDP's can only be issued by the same country that issued your domestic license and CANNOT be obtained online while traveling. • FOR Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco you will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their license from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF), NOT an International Driving Permit.
Drivers' licenses issued by countries NOT covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation: the physical domestic license + official translation) and physical passport.
NO Domestic License alone is accepted as a legal document to drive in Japan.
Street Kart will message you within 24 hrs when confirming booking with information on EXACT documents you need.
Minimum age is 18 years
Wear flat closed footwear. Do not wear no long flowy skirts or dress.
You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00Such a fun way to see Tokyo! The karts were easy to drive, the guide Arbar was great, and everything felt safe. Flying through the streets in costume was a highlight of the trip. Big smiles the whole time — highly recommend!

1.00These people cancelled my friends tickets and so I would’ve did the excursion alone which defeats the purpose. We had to rebuy tickets through another company! I requested a refund from here and they rejected it even though I didn’t get the service.

5.00What a fun experience while in Tokyo. Highly recommend, especially at night when the lights are amazing. Well worth the leg work to get an international drivers permit prior to leaving home. Don't get too hung up on what costume you'll want to wear as by the time you go you may have few options.

5.00What a fun experience! Abrar was a great tour guide! Very helpful and happy. He took loads of photos for us. The shop was easy walking distance from the heart of Shibuya, it was clean and organised with plenty of costumes to choose from. Instruction video we watched was clear and easy to fillow the staff all spoke clear English which was helpful for us Aussie’s to understand, lockers were great to put our valuables in too. Definitely recommend, money well spent.
