Please refrain getting on illegal White number plates vehicles, we are fully licenced green number plates company.

5.00Our guide, Areeb, was very interesting and answered all our numerous questions. Van very comfortable. We could spend more time at some places and less at others. Lunch in a good familial restaurant. Mount Fuji was fully visible that day!! We had made a reservation for a previous day, but the weather was uncertain. As advertised, we could cancel easily our booking at least 24 hours in advance. It's not our first experience with Viator and we have always been satisfied.

5.00Areeb was an excellent guide! We had great weather on our tour date so he showed us a few hidden gems and took us to an excellent lunch spot authentic to the area named Tsujiya (Houtou and Eel). It was AMAZING.

5.00Pradhan was our driver for the day and he was really lovely. We felt safe in his capable driving skills and at each stop/visit we were able to take our time to see the sight. As this was a customised tour, we could pick which sights to see and due to the weather changes managed to have clear weather most of the time. Pradhan was well spoken and easy to understand with an impressive multilingual background. Thank you Pradhan for a memorable and amazing day!

4.00We booked this tour for party of 7 the night before and were fortunate to find availability with Viator for fully customisable tour with pick up and drop off at our hotel in Shibuya. Zia our driver/guide was very helpful throughout the day. He was able to work through an initinerary with us so we were able to see key places in Mt Fuji area as well as an hour stop at the Yurari Onsen. He helped us to purchase tickets when required and communication was easy through Whats App. We were going to leave at 8.30am but Zia persuaded us to change pick up to 7.30am to avoid weekend traffic. We prioritised The Pagoda, then the Gondola. We stopped at Fuji Cookies below Gondola for a sweet treat. Then we had a local lunch Japanese style that Zia recommended. Restaurant was floor seating and many other private tour guides stopped here with their groups. Food was good. Then onto Oiashi Park on Lake Kawaguchiko. We roamed the gardens and visited 5th small quaint traditional Japanese shops and got a famous ice cream with local flavours like Japanese Mapel and Lavender. For lovers of coffee, I do not recommend the coffee from here, very bitter. It was lovely by the lake. It wasn't blooming time but nice to wander along the lake. Then onto the Onsen which I highly recommend with an outdoor onsen with views to Mt Fuji, steam room, cave bath. We left the area at 3pm and despite it being a Sat we were back in Shibuya at 4.30pm. Overall it was a great trip and highly recommend vs mucking around with buses to get from A to B.

5.00Dan our driver was amazing! Great driver, knew the culture very well and is a native to Japan. Spoke great English. Showed up early for pick up and even gave us a surprise at the end! Can’t wait to come back to Tokyo!
