We really enjoyed the tour provided by our guide Mika of the Versailles Palace and particularly the gardens. Mika was very knowledgeable and helped us understand a little of the history. It was a great experience.

Horrible. We were here at 08:30 in the morning waiting outside the cafe. The tour guide never came to the cafe and left without us

On the day of the tour, Paris experienced a severe snowstorm with public transportation grounded. We were unable to arrive at the meeting point at the appointed time. When contacting the tour operator before departure, they offered no alternative to missing the tour which would have been appreciated and would likely not have violated company policy. This was a Christmas gift from our children which we were very much anticipating. Needless to say, we will strongly reconsider booking any future tours through this agency.

The guide was knowledgeable and funny - he told us many things about the castle and family that we would have not known if walking through without a guide.

Felt like a personalized experience in a very crowded and popular tourist attraction. Would use them again if I ever return with different family or friends.

An excellent day trip. Versailles is beautiful, although the number of people there is simply overwhelming. The woman who met us and gave us our train tickets was pleasant but did not speak English well. We ended up waiting about 20 to 30 minutes in the cold while she was waiting for her partner to get us the tickets to go inside the palace. The guide who took us through the palace was fantastic. I wish I could remember his name. My only complaint and it is not directed to the tour guides at all is that they let way too many people inside the palace. Some of the rooms were quite dark and people were squished together to the point that if you have any claustrophobia, this would trigger you. Overall, a very nice day trip from Paris.

It was a great way to see Versailles with minimal hassle. Berek met us at the cafe meeting point and he was very helpful with instructions and some advice on what to do after our trip. He got everyone safely to the Versailles on time to meet our guide. The Versailles guide Adebayo was funny, knowledgeable and very considerate of everyone being included and he had a lot of funny anecdotes about the castle, and history.

the entrance ticket is absolutely not skip the line , we waited about 30 minutes in front of the gates of the castle, in a freezing cold. Very bad organization. Tour at the pace so crowded.

A fantastic tour with good historical context and details about art and architecture. I wish the crowds hadn’t been as thick, but I know everyone wants to see the palace while they’re in Paris!
