When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the museum opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. Appropriate dress is required for entry into some sites on this tour. No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.

5.00Beatrice was amazing. Text me ahead about where to find her & identifying bag. She was very knowledgeable abut the Louvre. She gave us a lot of background information on sculptures and paintings. Well worth the money. We didn't ever have to show a ticket. She had it all covered.

5.00Very easy to follow instructions to meet up point received well in advance of the tour. Our guide Dunja R greeted us warmly and on time. Her knowledge of history and teaching background became quickly apparent as she expertly established a rapport with our group including the older teens. Dunja was able to relay the historic context of the museum itself, the context of each period of history as one moves through the various sections of the museum, including the societal influences of the time and how certain references remain in our society today. Thank you Dunja for a wonderful experience!

5.00The communication prior to the tour was excellent! Both via text and on the get your guide app as well as email. Stanislas showed on time and exact meeting spot. He led us on a great tour that broad stroked the Louvre for us. He knew his art and showed us some things we had not seen on 3 previous tours.
