Operating Schedule:You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

1.00The stops are completely confusing and not at the designated spots. For example, the Louvre Pyramid stops is a 5 minute walk from the pyramid not even within the Louvre vicinty.

2.00There was very little information given on the bus tour itself, with most of the time taken up by annoying, repetitive music. We were hoping for a lot more facts and interesting information about the area, but left very underwhelmed. Very disappointing.
Bus was brilliant to go on to see everything but you buy a 24hour ticket and 915 in the morning till 530 at night

1.00The female driver was on her phone the entire time she was driving. She did not have both hands on the wheel as she was holding her phone. She should not be driving for the company. She was screaming at whoever she was talking to. She was so loud that even with my volume high, it was hard to hear the commentary on the ear phones. It was raining so we didn’t want to get off at a random stop. Our plan was to ride and see what sites we would like to come back to. About 3/4, through the route another male driver came on snd then it was very enjoyable. We have complained to Big Bus about her actions.

3.00Inconsistent commentary between stops - very sparse between stops 1 and 7, mostly music; more effusive and informative between stops 8 and 10. River cruise was very enjoyable and very much the highlight of the day. Maps on bus were out of date and did not correspond with stops. Long waits at some stops.
