A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.
Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.
You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.
All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building.
Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights. Missed flights are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.
No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.
Sunset views are not guaranteed.

5.00Fantastic way to see New Yorks landmarks from the air. Very smooth operation and felt in good hands. Only negative was the additional $120 when we got to the Helipad. This was not made clear when initial booking.

5.00A serious Enterprise with qualified and professional staff that will lead you to an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt the best thing about our trip was the helicopter ride through wonderful New York City. Take advantage and book in time to be able to fly in the sunset, it is the most beautiful, also the most demanding. Look also at the weather, that it is not cloudy and very important that it is not windy.
