This is a must do when visiting Manhattan, it’s an experience from the moment you enter the building. From shopping center at the bottom to the experience in the elevator going up, and the top floor. The moment we walked out the views take our breath away. It’s also winter and 30 degrees so up there was much colder. We came at night so New York was lit up. I will be doing this every time I come back. I’ve been to the top of other buildings but nothing matches this experience.

Over the years we have visited many of the tallest NYC buildings, we think this one offers the best views. Great building, excellent viewing platform, everywhere nicely decorated for Christmas, friendly staff.

No toilet paper upon arrival Hard bed Cold air coming through window due to AC Only 1 bath towel knowing 2 guests were coming. Nice rooftop view

We didn’t have to queue for the lift and there was no time limit or anyone rushing us at the top, staff were all nice and friendly. You can’t take up food and drinks, there is a cafe but not a lot of choice

Great views especially at the 4:40pm slot as you get evening and night views. The 1 star is because the exit line to get out took us 2 hours which was longer than the time we spent up at the deck! Sort it out - it was ridiculous!

Check the weather, if it’s not doing to be a nice clear day don’t spend the money. It wasn’t raining when we went up, but it was so foggy we couldn’t see anything. That made for less crowds and it was still a cool experience, but it would have been so much nicer if we could have seen a farther distance.
