The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Each traveler is allowed one piece of luggage and one piece of hand luggage free of charge. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Contact details advised on your voucher.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Non-collapsible wheelchairs are not accepted
Please note when you book you must note the departure flight time and not the hotel pick-up time. Hotel pick-up time is calculated to be 4 hours prior to flight time information provided.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
You will be met at your Paris hotel / address (postcode beginning 75 only) by the driver at least four (4) hours before your scheduled flight departure time, within a 20 minute window. You do NOT need to reconfirm your pick up time . Please be waiting in reception , outside your private address at least 10 minutes before pick up . .

1.00This company has got to be a scam! I booked online, paid and they never showed up. They tell you that they did show up but strangely to the wrong address. They did this twice!

5.00We took Paris Shuttle to and from the airport to downtown. I would absolutely use them again. They showed up when they said they would and git us to the airport in plenty of time.

1.00Two experiences: 1. Had a shuttle booked from the airport. Had the time our flight landed and everything. We called and said they were ready and only then did they send a car. We waited for 30 minutes before it showed up... 2. We booked the shuttle for 815am to go back to the airport and it showed up at 630am and we weren't ready to get on. Left us and we got no refund. Had to get a taxi after that. Time you book is not the time they will show up.

5.00My wife and I were picked up at our hotel 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. Luckily our trip to airport was on weekend so no worries with traffic. Driver was nice and friendly and made it to airport with no hiccups

1.00We used the service when we arrive in Paris and was left stranded halfway to our Hotel and had to get a taxi at our expense to get to our hotel. I then tried to cancel and was told that they could not do it. I would have contact Viator. I tried to contact Viator but had no number to cancel. The driver from Paris Tranfer did call about 9 PM the night before. He wanted to pick us up at 5:45 AM, but because I did not hear from him until so late I made other arrangement with a taxi through the hotel and it was only 60 euros for both of us. The driver picked us up at 7 AM and was at the airport at 7:30 AM. Because the terrible experience we had the first time and the second time I would never use their service. I would like my money back.
