This 5 miles tour is private, specifically designed, customized (starting at your residence).
We choose the best routes in Paris from your residence. Each tour is unique!
You will run with a friendly guide, authentic Parisian, Paris expert, experienced runner, impassioned about his city.
In an informal way, he will share his knowledge of Paris, its development, culture, arts, secrets et his personal view of Paris...
He is also an experimented running tours guide (we are the 1st running tours company in Paris since 2008).
You will have a deep introduction to Paris and understand many aspects of the city.
All that with the pleasure of running!
We will fully adapt to your pace, desire and capacities.
Our tours are for all level, beginner or marathoner (+many stops on the way).
The guide will give you also a lot of advice for your stay.
You will get great photos of you in Paris (you can ask the guide for all the pictures you want).

What To Expect
Louvre Museum
Learning about the Louvre and understanding its history, the major facts and seeing some nice passages and courtyards
Jardin des Tuileries
Learning about the Castle and the garden of the Tuileries, running inside the nice park
What‘s Included
If it's hot, we'll have water for you (with us or water will be offered to you on the way)
We'll have a camera to take all the photos you want (given to you after the tour using the Dropbox system)
The guide will carry maps and historical pictures to explain Paris during the visit..These documents will be given to you at the end of the tour.
We'll see many sites/museums but won't enter inside (except under conditions "le Petit Palais")

5.00What a fantastic way to explore the city while getting a great workout at the same time. The pace was perfect challenging enough to feel like a proper run, but with enough breaks at key landmarks to catch our breath and really appreciate the sights. Highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys running or just wants to try something different. You'll get your exercise, learn about the area, and have a blast doing it.

Perfect combination of a 10 km run (fully safe) in Paris and a guided visit of the most beautiful places with many explanations and stories about Paris. Don't need to be a marathon runner, Jean-Charles adjusts the pace to make it perfectly nice for everyone and is showing a lot details even Paris people do not know. Strongly recommended !

5.00Without a doubt doing a running tour is one of the best experiences I could live in my trip to Europe. Even more so with Jean-Charles who worried about picking me up at the door of my house, he created a circuit especially for me, explained each place, took photographs of me and that we went at a very friendly pace to tour in several hours 9k of the city. Running allows you to know more places, play sports and share. I would repeat it a thousand times and for more parts of Paris. Thank you Jean-Charles!

5.00We had a wonderful fast walk/run with Jean-Claude through Paris! I would highly recommend if you are interested in learning more about the history and architecture of beautiful Paris! The best way to see Paris is by foot and our tour was the perfect start to our adventures. We loved getting to know Jean-Claude and appreciated his vast knowledge and sense of humor!
