For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours (during office hours) before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
The Assistant in a uniform (with a sign displaying your name) will meet you at the plane exit after the air-bridge. The guide will wait until all passengers disembark. Guide will remain with you until arrivals exit.

5.00Very good service. I was greeted by the valet when I got off the plane. He was very friendly and he got me through the immigration line very quickly and I was out the airport within 20 minutes. Well worth it as otherwise might have to spend in line 1-2 hours to go through immigration. I will use this service again.
