Exploring at night and by the iconic tuk tuk is a great way to discover Bangkok and learn about the local culture.
This is considered a cultural tour, sightseeing with food at local restaurant.
***Do not misunderstood this tour with our fully food focused "Bangkok Evening Street Food Tuk Tuk Adventure" which is more suitable for someone looking for street food experience.***
On this 4-hour tour you will:
• Whizz around Bangkok in a tuk tuk
• Visit The Flower Market, the grounds of Wat Prayoon, and Chinatown
• Explore the historic part of Bangkok, and see famous temples and sights illuminated at night
• Enjoy snacks, dinner and a dessert!
This tour is available in 2 options:
• Small group join in tour with maximum 12 guests (available daily)
• Private Tour for just yourself (suitable for families with young children).

We meet at a BTS (Skytrain) Station as traffic in the evening can be bad. Strongly encourage guests to take the Skytrain / Public Transport to our meeting point
Please Note: Temples buildings are usually closed at night but the atmosphere in the grounds are special.
Some walking is involved through markets and around temples
This tour is suitable for vegetarians. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking
This is an alcohol free tour and please be aware that it is illegal to drink in the tuk tuk. We reserve the right to stop the tour if there is drunken behaviour. We do provide soft drinks throughout the tour.
Minimum age of 10 years old for small group tour option. Children are allowed on private tours but must buy a ticket if over 5.: This is an evening cultural tour and will finish about 11pm so it is not advisable for young children.
If it rains it is more fun: We run the tour throughout the year and have never had to cancel a tour due to rain. If it rain we have ponchos, rain covers and umbrellas. You may get a little wet but if you bring a positive attitude you may discover it is even more memorable:
Changes to itinerary: The restaurants and food stores we eat at may vary from day to day depending on what's open.
There are 2 people per tuk tuk. If you book as 3 or 5 people you may have 3 people in 1 tuk tuk. If you book as an individual you may share with another guest.
For join-in tour option: This is a small group tour limited to 10 people per group.
Due to COVID this tour has not been run regularly and will be constantly reviewed to ensure the best experience. Wat Pho is currently closed at night and has been changed to Wat Arun. It is possible they will switch back.
Not recommended for travelers with walking difficulties

What To Expect
Thonburi
For this tour your will need to make your way to our meeting point at Krung Thonburi BTS Station. Here you will meet your guide, who will introduce the tour before you hop into your tuk-tuk (2 or 3 people per tuk tuk). Krung Thonburi is the first station when you cross over the river to the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Thonburi has a much more local feel and we will explore both local life and history on this side of the river before crossing over to the historic area of Rattanakosin.
Wongwian Yai area
We will stop at a local street food market area to sample a selection of snacks and learn about the local way of life and culture.

5.00This was a very entertaining tour. We went to several local markets and had a lof of delicious local food. In addition we saw a few attractions like temples at night. Our tour guide Jib did an amazing job by guiding us around and sharing many interesting insights. Also the Tuk-Tuk driver did an excellent job. Therefore I can highly recommend this tour.

5.00We have been on many food tours, but this was top notch. Everywhere we stopped for food was terrific, different and tasty. The pad thai was especially delicious. P was a terrific guide, and we seamlessly moved from one place to the next. We highly recommend this tour!

5.00What a blast we had exploring Bangkok with P! He gave us so many interesting facts & made sure we were safe & had fun. We got to experience the sights, sounds & even the tastes of the city with delicious snacks & a really good dinner. The tuktuks were soooo fun! The drivers were funny, friendly & engaging! It was incredible to see the city come alive at night with lights, energy & excitement! We arrived here on a cruise & spent the day on another tour, then later met this tuktuk tour at the train station. The meeting instructions were clear. Expique arranged a taxi transport for us at a reasonable cost to return to the port. The guide & driver stayed with us until we were safely on our way. Thanks to Expique travel!

5.00What an incredible experience! Our family has the best time driving through Bangkok at night and exploring the most amazing food and flower markets. Our guide and drivers where the best. Such a fun way to see Bangkok especially at night went it is quite at the template and everything is lite up. We enjoyed all the food and meeting the other guests on this tour. Memories driving through the city in a tuk tuk is something we will remember forever.

5.00Great tour. Got to try some amazing street foods that I definitely would not have tried otherwise, then full dinner at a gorgeous restaurant al fresco by the Chao Praya river. Great guide and very kind Tuk Tuk drivers.
