What To Expect
L'Ile Aux Cygnes
Boarding Location. This narrow artificial island, about ten meters wide and nearly a kilometer long, is located between the Grenelle and Bir-Hakeim bridges. Created in 1825, this unusual and pleasant promenade spot is adorned with a few hundred trees. The more athletic individuals can enjoy an impromptu outdoor workout while admiring the view of the Eiffel Tower, thanks to the numerous sports facilities such as exercise equipment, climbing walls, and stationary bikes. The Île aux Cygnes is famous for its 16-meter replica of the Statue of Liberty, located at the southern tip.

4.00We booked for Christmas Day and unfortunately there was a technical glitch with the bookings that caused a lot of trouble and delayed our departure. But I have to say the company was exceptional in trying to resolve the matter and they were very proactive in offering partial refunds to make up for the trouble. The staff went over and above to fix the problem and get us back on track. The food was very good but did not match the advance menu so that was confusing. The boat is beautiful, everyone has a great view, the Christmas lights were stunning and the ambiance was really good. I especially enjoyed the 360 degree turn at the end to get a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower and Statue of Liberty. The staff did some fun things to recognize Christmas Day (parade of the Christmas Log Cake) but it would have been nice to have a Christmas music playlist. All in all a wonderful night. Worth the price for a special dinner outing in Paris. Nous avions réservé pour le jour de Noël et, malheureusement, un problème technique avec les réservations a causé beaucoup de désagréments et retardé notre départ. Cependant, je dois dire que la compagnie a été exceptionnelle dans sa résolution du problème et s'est montrée très proactive en proposant des remboursements partiels pour compenser le désagrément. Le personnel s'est mis en quatre. pour régler le problème et nous permettre de reprendre notre croisière. Le repas était excellent, mais ne correspondait pas au menu initial, ce qui était déroutant. Le bateau est magnifique, la vue est imprenable pour tous les passagers, les illuminations de Noël étaient splendides et l'ambiance vraiment agréable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le virage à 360 degrés à la fin de la croisière, qui offrait une vue imprenable sur la Tour Eiffel et la Statue de la Liberté. Le personnel a organisé des animations amusantes pour célébrer Noël (défilé de bûches de Noël), mais une playlist de Noël aurait été appréciable. En résumé, une soirée merveilleuse. Un dîner d'exception à Paris qui valait largement son prix.

4.00We were seated up in the front of the boat and the lights kept glaring. It was hard to see at times, plus at the end the door kept staying open and it was cold. The service and food were good. I would recommend. The sights were great. Loved when we stopped at the Statue of Liberty by the Eiffel Tower! Plus there was a supermoon. If I could I would rate 4.4.

3.00Too bad for your site, we found ourselves in too many, we had to get off and return later. Cold and frozen dead after 1 hour of delay we finally managed to get in. Fabulous experience inside to do absolutely unfortunately 3stars for this great mishap of the site. I also preferred compensation.

5.00Beautiful and peaceful. Food was amazing. The only issue I had was the man sitting behind me was so loud and watching TV on his phone and no one addressed this It made my experience less enjoyable.
