    Our guide was fabulous - the tour exceeded our expectations. The history, old and new, was amazing. We were met exactly where we were advised to go, and our guide had historical photos to share with us while explaining what we were seeing now vereses before, it was very helpful. Highly recommend Tripadvisor.

    The guide reached out to me the evening prior to my booking telling me the booking had to be cancelled due to a scheduling issue at Notre Dame. Saying they were going to be closed for mass that day. Also stated they would process a refund, however we are at a month past the date and I still have yet to receive my refund. They also confirmed the booking as if we had completed the booking. Ended up booking with another guide for the same day, there was no issue at the location not sure why they cancelled it.

    The work following the fire of the cathedral has restored all its beauty and pomp. Only note: the new modern stained glass windows are not of the same level as the old ones.

    I bought a guided tour for the interior of Notre Dame with priority entry...The guide warned us, on arrival, that on December 26, there was no priority entry possible and that we had to queue ( about 1 hour).As we had not been notified and we had a train to catch again, we had to cancel this tour!!! Lamentable!!!

    This was a great experience thanks to our Guide Feta. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided tremendous insights and information. The cathedral was crowded, and he helped us navigate. I can't say enough good things about how much value he added to the experience.

    Very interesting, informative. Notre Dame was very crowded and our guide found places were we could listen to stories about the history of Notre Dame and its restoration after the fire.

    We booked a 2:00 tour months ago which was cancelled the night before. They offered a 4:00 tour instead which we accepted. As with all tours we have booked we followed the ticket instructions and arrived to meet our guide where stated on the tickets. The email had said the “exact same tour” so we wrongly assumed the meeting place was the same. After waiting I reread the email and realized they changed the meeting place on the email, but not on the ticket. I let them know we couldn’t find our guide. They offered a tour the next day but it was our last day. I requested a refund (which was offered when they cancelled the 2:00 tour) but they only approved about 1/3 the price of the tour that we missed. We rearranged our day to accommodate their change in schedule, and were disappointed that we missed the tour AND lost a significant amount of money.
