  This experience was not just disappointing, it was deeply upsetting. This tour was part of my elderly, disabled grandmother’s bucket list, and we were in Paris for just over 24 hours. Abi failed to show up, leaving us both standing in the rain at the meeting point with no warning and no apology. Because of the short notice, we were left without any alternative way to see the sights, which was particularly distressing given the significance of this trip for her. Abi then asked me to cancel the booking, despite knowing that cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Had I followed his instruction, I would have lost the entire cost of the tour, even though it was he who failed to meet the booking. To me, this felt like a cheeky and inappropriate attempt to retain the payment despite not providing the service. When I explained we couldn’t wait an additional 1.5 hours due to a pre-booked dinner reservation, still no apology was offered. Instead, I received rude and unprofessional messages. He also admitted he had already taken the car to the garage and was on his way home by train, meaning he knew well in advance that he wouldn’t make our scheduled time but still chose not to inform us. I opened a case with Viator to request a refund, but he has been unresponsive to their enquiries as well, causing further unnecessary delays. Overall, the conduct was extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a complete lack of respect for our time and circumstances.

  Abi is a great guide and speaks English and French. He showed us great views of monuments and took photos of us next to his beautiful red Citroën Traction! That was really fun and a great way to see Paris! Thank you Abi

  It is a fantastic experience. Abi, arrived at our hotel ahead of time. He is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. The ride was most comfortable and enjoyable and we were able to take some iconic pictures!

  We really enjoyed our night tour of Paris. We saw all the main sites an and many wonderful neighborhoods. While we have been in Paris many times, some of the neighborhoods were new to us. Also, many of the major sites were from an angle we had not experienced before. My reason for the 4 rating is the drivers English was difficult to understand.

  The city tour with “the goddess” in noble black from 1971 was an absolute dream of youth for the recipients on their birthday, which has come true. Starting with the fact that the courteous excellent and safe driver received his guests right in front of the hotel five minutes before the start and after an hour there again dropped off with unforgettable moments and experiences - including great souvenir photos! The driver has also complied with requests, such as the repeated circumnavigation of the Arc de Triomphe, making the journey a great experience - not least because the driver was able to drive the Citroën DS confidently through vibrant Paris. Thank you very much!

  Abi is the BEST! We have taken 3 tours with him over the past 2 years, each time so that family members with mobility limitations could feel like they had the keys to the city! I don't doubt that we will take more trips with him...

  I needed to briefly delay the start time of the tour and they refused and said if I couldn’t make it I’d loose the money. They were extremely rude and uncaring and completely unwilling to work with me.
