The water levels were to low for us to go to the island but we had a great day at the zoo instead. Wasn'tvwhat we had hoped for but things happen and our guide did a great job amd took lots of pictures for us as well.

Our guide was Peggy and she was punctual, friendly, professional and a safe driver. She organised everything on our behalf and even had prepared a bag of food and drink for the Orangutans so we could enjoy feeding them. She knew the names of the Orangutans and shared knowledge about each one of them. We really enjoyed the experience. Following this Peggy drove us to Chew jetty where we spent time looking around. Once again Peggy was very knowledgable about the people who lived and worked there and shared this interesting information with us. We finished the trip looking at the amazing paintings on the walls in Penang City. Overall we really enjoyed this trip.

Such an enjoyable day. Our guide was such a passionate caring ranger who had worked for 16 years with the orangutans. We were not rushed at all. Had plenty of time to watch and listen about the different species

Our guide Ernest was excellent, very informative and accommodating of our needs. He went the extra mile and gave us a tour of Georgetown even though it was not part of the itinerary. I would not hesitate to recommend Ernest for a tour!

This really was the best trip we have ever done. Leslie was an amazing guide and he was full of such amazing information. He was also a great photographer as well and took some great photos of us. He took us to a love street vendor for a hot lunch of rice noodles and prawns and then the best samosas we've ever tried. Seeing orangutan up close and being able to throw food to them was great and something to just didn't expect. We'd have to say a huge thank you to Leslie once again for being such a caring guide.

Wonderful day to see these amazing creatures. An unforgettable experience and lovely to see them in such natural surroundings. The conservation project is looking after them so well and you can tell that they are so invested in doing everything they can to rehabilitate them and if possible returning them to the wild

Our family of 4 and another family of 3 went together on this group tour, everyone had a great time. We have been on tours in many countries and to many places, but our guide Jackie was one of the best if not the best I've encountered. He was super responsible and communicated well in advance of our tour started to make sure we get the most personalized experience possible. He and the other tour guide know how to get the Orang Utans to come out even though it was hot, the kids had a great experience. Jackie also took us to one of the local Hawker centers, the food was so authentic, all of us non-locals enjoyed ourselves, the hawker center had big fans going strong, was very cool during a hot day. We had a special request for a type of fruit that none of us has had before and I missed it from the food tour the day before. Jackie went out of his way and found this fruit that was out of season for me (wow!). He really made sure we had the best experience possible. He introduced the local culture to us, where to go and where not to go during our ride in his very comfortable van. He went much longer than the duration we signed up for just so everyone gets their wishes granted. We are all so grateful for his generosity of time. You can't go wrong signing up for this tour, if you can, request Jackie, you won't regret!

Highly recommend visiting with an experienced guide like Jackie: He knew all the animals, brought fruit for us to feed them so all the orangutan’s came as close as possible to catch the fruit.
