Excellent tour would highly recommend it. We had a fantastic guide G-Shen who took us to each of the sites and told us all about the history behind Penang and the sites. We started at the fascinating and beautiful Kek Lok Si temple, then went onto Penang Hill definitely worth having fast track tickets for the funicular railway! G-Shen then took us back to Georgetown showing all the main sites and telling us about the history making it very interesting. Great day from start to finish

Our Guide G-Shan was a very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable gentleman who provided us with a relaxed but fact filled tour of the Chinese Temple followed by a Fast track visit (a must) to the Penang Hill Funicular Railway - great views oven Penang ! We were then given a tour of Georgetown and shown around the Colonial buildings within the UNESCO Heritage perimeter, the old Chinatown, the famous wall paintings, Chew Jetty - village on stilts on the waters edge and Little India. All in all a comprehensive, informative and fun day out ! Highly recommended 😁

Anson was very informative and proud of the city where he lives, told us how multi cultures live in harmony and many people come there to work. Being Chinese, but 3rd generation he was a great guide in the Chinese part of the temple plus also the Buddah part of the huge temple where we witnessed a service taking place. It was a hot day and he kindly provided water and drove us to the top part of the templeto avoid too much walkong in the heat. We then went on the train and he ensured we had front seats there and back to get the best experience. He waited whilst we ate food at the Sky Walk and showed us views of George Town and also the new city built in bridge built in 2014 plus the lovely cool rain forest area. He then drove us through Pensng City and dropped us in China town to shop and met us at the other end and also the shops/homes built on stilts in the water. He helped us cross that busy road. Always on hand to take photos of us at every location including City Hall. A great day was had. Thank you Anson.

This was a fantastic tour. I only had a weekend in Penang and I felt like this tour was a great way to see as much as you can in a little amount of time - in a comfortable way! The tour guide went out of his way to answer questions, make me comfortable and ensure it was a great experience! I would recommend to anyone traveling to Penang :) also the skip the line passes were so great to beat the crowds!!

Sara provided us an excellent experience. Her knowledge and tips were invaluable and made us feel welcomed and able to really explore the city. Her knowledge of history and culture was impeccable. We zoomed through the line with the express pass, which was a bonus and well worth it for our large, multigenerational group. 6 hours was perfect and I honestly think it could have gone longer! Would absolutely recommend.

Our guide Anson was wonderful he met us inside the cruise terminal and we explained that we would like to spend more time at Penang Hill. He got the express pass tickets to the funicular, he lead us right onboard and went with us to the top. He directed us to great lookout points, took pictures of us and then directed us to where we were going to start our journey and told us where we would meet him when we were done about 1 1/2 hours later. He was right there waiting for us and took us to two temple’s that were up on the hill. We then left the hill and proceeded to the Kek Lok Si Temple it is a sprawling area as we walk through Anson was explaining the importance of what we were seeing.

Our Penang experience was excellent. Although it would have been nice if it were cooler. Our driver/guide - Carol Lee - was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in every way we cannot commend her enough. Your company should be very pleased that she represents you so well.
