It’s peaceful and elegant. If you’d like to know what landmarks you pass, put your map app on (no sound, as you have no destination anyway). Perfect for a solo lunch for a woman. Service was perfect and caring, expressing a hope I was enjoying myself.

This was a girls trip with my 13 year old daughter who has always loved and wanted to visit Paris, so I took her on Thanksgiving break. This is also our first time in Paris so I wanted it to be special and memorable. We had just flown in from Maryland DMV that morning, stuck at customs too long and feared we'd miss this! The fee was reasonable for the seating we had which was premier window towards the front. I was happy with the seating. Great views of historic landmarks but honestly could use some narration because as a tourist it's very easy to miss what you're seeing even with the map provided on the table. Beautiful and comfortable boat. Staff was nice, professional - didn't ask too many (or any) questions as to if this was our first time here, where we are from, etc as they did with the elder couple in front of us. I think it would have been nice to break the ice especially for my shy and quiet daughter. The photos taken by the professional were very beautiful but a little too pricey as one photo was 20€ I liked them all so ended up ordering most of them and he gave us the rest free of charge. Food was excellent but... as someone who does a lot of fine dining I would recommend a real menu as using a QR code comes off as tacky and not at all refined and gourmet. Dessert spoon was a little too big and deep. The amount of food was perfect though. We might come back in the summer with hubby and daughter.

Awww Seinne river cruise with lunch or dinner is a must do when you visit Paris. The service , food and atmosphere was really nice. Enjoyed some white and red wine with cheese. Could see different views through the glass canopy. Was sitting at a private window table which I recommend . The reception was decorated nicely.

Bateaux Parisiens is located at Port de la Bordonnais (opposite Bateaux Mouches). Signage was adequate but we determined only one of the numbered areas was boarding for our lunch cruise. We arrived about 30 minutes ahead of schedule but staff allowed us to board and comfortably wait in the lounge area after validating our tickets with reception. We received assigned seats according to our purchase selection. We had "Service Premiere" with front window seats and excellent views - well worth the extra cost. The glass-enclosed seating areas were temp-controlled, comfortable and welcoming. There was sufficient access to rest rooms on board. Tables had assigned waiters who were multi-lingual; meal service began with champagne and breads before our menu selections were taken. Be sure to check menu selections ahead of time so you are familiar with the meal options. Our meals included: champagne, red AND white wines, breads, appetizers, entree, cheese course, and a wonderful dessert with choice of coffee or tea. We had read complaints about some of the menu items but on our excursion, we could not have been more pleased. Food was well-prepared and the presentation was lovely. We were amazed at the perfect timing of service with the 2-hour long cruise. Nothing seemed rushed and yet everyone's table was served efficiently. Plenty of opportuny for photos and conversation. There is also a professional photographer who visits each table if you are inclined to getting a special souvenir photo for 20 euros. Photos are delivered table side before arriving back at the quai. (It is NOT high pressure which was an extra nice touch). We purchased our tickets through Get Your Guide tour service and I must say, there was a wide range of options on their website which I strongly suggest you check. Myhusband and I were celebrating our 51st wedding anniversary and lunch on the Seine with Parisien Bateaus was a delightful way to spend our last day in Paris together.

I payed $347.68 for this booking. The day of the tour, there was a major marathon race in Paris that no one from the company notified us about. We had already left our hotel next to the Louvre over an hour early in order to also take some pictures by the Eiffel Tower. Despite the race being over, all the streets around our hotel were blocked and no cabs could travel anywhere near where we could reach them. I was with my elderly mother celebrating her birthday and our bellman told us that we would have to walk too far to catch a cab and that they were standing still because of all the gridlock. I immediately messaged the boat company and could not reach anyone. They provide no phone number. I messaged them well before the start time to tell them that we had no way of getting to the location and no one replied. To this date (5 days later), no one replied. I attempted to get a refund through Viator and they reached out to the company twice and my request was refused. Unbelievable. So, beware. As a tourist, it's apparently on you to know the schedule of major events that are happening in the city that may prevent you from reaching your excursion destination. This was completely preventable on their part with a simple notification of what they knew beforehand would affect their clients. I now have to challenge this through my credit card company.

We have been on the Bateaux 4 times. It is as brilliant as ever. Highly recommend. Staff are friendly and very professional. Food was gorgeous and there was a good choice on the menu as you watched Parisien landmarks go by on the Seine. Next time we go to Paris the Bateaux will be the first thing to book. It was extremely relaxing and could have stayed on it all day.
