What To Expect
On your wine tour you will enjoy wine tastings at three to four fabulous cellar doors and a gourmet cheese platter at one of the vineyards (all tasting fees are included). Craig will provide a commentary enroute and you will have lots of opportunities to take photos and enjoy the stunning scenery Hawkes Bay has to offer. Please note if you are arriving by cruise ship we may have to shorten the tour depending on the arrival and departure times of the ship. Generally time usually allows for visiting 3 vineyards only.

5.00We had such a great day with Craig! Pick up was easy and straightforward in his amazing vintage VW Camper-van. He took us to 4 amazing vineyards and a tour around Napier. Highly recommend if you are in the area. We had one day as on a cruise and this was perfect!

5.00We had a fabulous afternoon with Craig in his super-stylish VW van. As there were just three of us, he was able to customise our tour to include the Art-Deco history of Napier plus two visits to contrasting wineries, one family owned, one more historic and commercial. We learnt so much and enjoyed every minute! Craig is an excellent host, jovial, generous with his time, and very knowledgeable. The tour is an excellent way to see a lot in a short space of time, and was worth every dollar. The van is spotless, and he thoughtfully provided bottled water and a fan on a very hot day. Thank you Craig!

5.00Craig was amazing! We had the best time. We highly recommend this experience. Craig was knowledgeable and friendly. The vineyards we visited ranged from smaller family owned to larger ones. The 1970’s VW van was so cool and clean. Really a great time!

5.00Great wine trip! Craig was a delightful host and the VW van is a delight to ride around in. The wines and wineries we went to were lovely and showcased everything Hawke’s Bay has to offer. Craig even gave us a great recommendation for where to have dinner (which was ah-mazing!)! Would highly recommend this tour!

5.00My husband and I did the wine and gin tour with Craig last Saturday. An informative, fun tour! 3 great wineries and the gin tasting! All 4 places were exceptional! It was just the 2 of us to begin with, then Geoff a traveler from Dunedin joined us! Great to have an addition to our small group! The hostess or host at each winery were so enthuised and knowledgeable and made each experience different but great! My husband is the gin drinker but even if I found the gin distillery a must do! We had an absolutely great day. Craig was born to be a tour guy mixing knowledge, fun and optimal service! A must do tour in Napier, definitely won't be disappointed!
