All passengers are transported on free shuttle buses from Napier Port to the Napier iSite Visitor Information Centre.
Our store is located directly across the street from the Visitors Centre.
We open outside our normal hours to match your ship's docking time - so you can make most of your visit!

5.00This is an efficient and well run enterprise. We arrived for our pre booked hire of 4 Ebikes and everything was set up and ready to go. After a comprehensive explanation of the bikes from Amber we were ready to go. Napier is a perfect place for biking with flat paths.

5.00We had a wonderful day on the bikes exploring the city. There is a long bike path to keep you out of traffic. The bikes were comfortable and operated nicely. If you plan on biking to the wineries, you should know that the closest one is 10 miles away and the map is hard to follow. Luckily we had a local that assisted us most of the way there.

5.00Fun ride along the coast and through the wetlands to Mission Winery. We didn’t follow the same route back to town after the winery. We had to cross a lot of streets on our return trip, we probably should have backtracked to get back to town.

5.00Superb place. Very friendly staff. They make sure the bike fits you, explain how to use, and even make sure you know where you’ll be biking. The bike was easy to ride, and I think it was better than my own bike at home. I saw them wiping bikes , so they are always ready for new users. I would recommend this place very much…and I hope to come back to Napier, and I will certainly rent here again.

5.00The shop was ready and very well organized and prepared for our arrival. The bikes were in excellent condition and the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a better map. We became “lost” several times but were able to get help from the very kind NZ citizens. Would highly recommend this tour.

5.00This was a bargain for an all day open adventure. Our bikes were ready, marked and measured for each of us. The drop off was literally across the street from the shop from our shuttle stop. The orientation was thorough and we were coached for a route. However, the path is not well marked and we overshot our turn, but met up with with a wonderful local rider. Thank you Julie for generously guiding us to our points of interest, stopping with us at a wonderful cafe in the middle of orchard country and advising us correctly on our return in time to shop, return our bikes and go for Manuka honey. Perfect excursion and $200 less than one offered by the cruise. Oh, and our e-bikes were flawless

5.00We did the loop that went up the coastline and back to the bike shop via the wetlands. We couldn’t have asked for better sightseeing. Beautiful water at the first half and some great wildlife sightings on the second. The people at the shop were so helpful and walked us through everything. Gave us a couple options and let us know which was the best option for what we were looking for.

5.00Access is directly across the info center where the cruise shuttle bus drops off passengers. The bikes were ready and waiting for us with our names on them. The rep at the bike shop gave an excellent demo of how to operate the e-bike as well as provided a map and instruction of the best route to take in the limited time we had in port. This bike rental was well worth the cost and much more pleasant than doing a group tour with the cruise ship.
