  The carrier never knows to show up at the scheduled time for the activity despite communicating with the assistance. We did not have the activity as planned. Very bad, usually Viator activities are well organized.

  We booked this tour on 13th Dec to do on 27th They cancelled it on us late on 26th Dec We where devastated, so looking forward to it We went there ourselves on 27th Dec, had a great time and cost us 3rd of the price DON'T book with TripAdvisor, they will let you down

  It's the only way to access it if the tickets are over. I understand and accepted that the price they ask is higher than the official ticket but they called me in the morning to change the access time or return the money. I had to call back to be sent by whatsapp the tickets....(I came to think they would not work) and in the end they worked smoothly. Everything and request refund of the transfer that I still have to send. The same time when they changed my time they told me that I could enter at 4 or 4.30 but the tickets were for 17.00 and until the exact time you can not access..... anyway we could go to the museum we took that.

  This was a bit complicated at first I booked , but was refused even though the seats were available. The second time it worked, but until the end none told me when the driver was picking us up and what license plates the car has.

  Despite confirmation few days before, the trip was cancelled by the provider last minute. The pickup was initially booked from the hotel. But later before 2 days of the schedule the pickup upped point was changed to Zurich main station. When I went to the station no update/ no calls. When I called the provider I was told they couldn’t book me so they moved it to next day. Next day they said they will refund and asked me to go direct with Lindt. I am still waiting for the refund to be credited.

  As the other reviews say this is a scam. The provider purchases tickets for entry only to the museum, they will cancel the transport at the last minute and tell you to get an Uber with a partial refund. They still sent me the tickets but the face value of the tickets is 17CHF. They partially refunded but I still paid 98CHF for 2! This is not a tour!

  Absolutely great experience in the Lindt Chocolate Factory and the service provided by Said including the vehicle and comfortable pick up with timeliness made it even better. Would definitely recommend!

  Note this is just a pick up service, you have to find and pay for your own way back into the city via bus or boat! So quite an expensive option to get there, but can be the only way to get a ticket when all other options are sold out. However the car was very posh and the tour is excellent well worth the visit.

  The tour operator never showed up at the appointed meeting time/place. They did not respond to messages until after an hour past the the time and that was with a CYA email saying that they tried calling (my phone never rang). I called Viator and told them what happened - they were apologetic and said they also were not getting any response from the company. I would not recommend this tour.
