The guide and her colleague were knowledgeable and enthusiastic which made the tour very enjoyable. She explained what was happening and gave us background on different subjects which was very interesting. I would recommend to go on this if you have the opportunity.

We saw the main sights of Zurich (old town, universities, etc.), road a lake ferry and cogwheel train to Dolder for a great view. A nice stop at Lindt museum. Our guide Rafael was knowledgeable and it was amazing how he kept us on time.

We were promised an English tour turned out to be a combination of English and Spanish. Furthermore, we expected more rocking and less us travels.

The guide and driver were highly skilled, very knowledgeable and an excellent team. The thing I did not consider is large coach tours can have passengers who affect your experience in a positive or negative way. Negatively in my case. Many wore heavy perfume to which I’m allergic. Some were talking loudly through the narration. That does not diminish the Tour Guide’s excellent abilities but I will never book a large group tour again.

The guide of the the tour was a wonderful lady originally from Peru. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the history and the age of so many buildings. The tour covered most of the city of Zurich The old city the lake area and the Lind Chocolate Factory Enjoyed it very much.

We did not get to go on the walking tour due to a parade. The ferry ride was as a bus ride in a ferry, not a relaxing ferry ride, as described. There was a lot of traffic and the tour guide would not let us off the bus. We spent most of the tour in traffic and ended the tour an hour early and barely saw anything. The only enjoyable part was the gondola ride. The tour guide was extremely rude. Do not recommend.

Alexander was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to understand and gave a lot of details about various aspects of Zurich. History, the economy, the neighborhoods, the geography and more. Highly recommend this tour because we were not stuck on a bus the entire time - we walked around the old town and had scenic views from the ferry and experienced the cable car - a good mix for this tour. We covered a lot of area and it was worth it! The bus was very comfortable.
