This was a very fun evening! The tour began at the Sisters Grimm Shoppe which is located on the side of the Menger Hotel (across from Starbucks) . The shop was really cool and offered a nice selection of neat, spooky-themed merchandise. It really got you into a ghostly mood. There was only a small group of us for our Tuesday night tour, which made it fun and intimate. Our guide, “Dark Allie”, was very knowledgeable about San Antonio’s haunted history and she showed us many photos on her iPad relevant to the stories she was sharing with us. I really loved the cemetery part of the tour. I thought it was nice that they handed out flashlights for us to use so we could safely navigate between the headstones. My 81-years young mom was able to keep up on this tour without much difficulty and it was a good combination of walking and standing. Also, Allie was able to show photos and examples on the large monitor in the bus that were pertinent to the creepy ghost stories while we traveled from place to haunted place. I would rate this a PG-13 tour because some of the stories can be scary and have some graphic descriptions of murder and such. The tour was professional and lasted about 2.5 hours. Would have loved to have stopped at just one more cemetery on the tour and hear a bit more about other notable ghosts, but overall the value was on track with the other attractions in the area. It was a very fun way to spend an evening in San Antonio!

Was great to hear snippets of history, ghostly sightings and unsolved murders of San Antonio! It ended in the oldest cemetery. I would recommend.

Had a great time. Lexy was great and a perfect guide for this type of tour. Even though we had a “Karen” in our group, tried not to let it ruin our experience. Lexy made the whole experience very fun and entertaining!

Lots of great stories from years gone by! They had more stops than I expected and they didn’t rush to get to the next stop.

Outstanding tour. Sisters Grimm is in a great location next to The Alamo and the River Center Mall. They are actually in the Menger Hotel. We actually started the tour in the Menger with several ghost stories that were very spooky. Then we boarded the bus and visited several locations where we had a chance to explore after more ghostly tales were told. What made the ghost stories so interesting was they were intertwined with the history of San Antonio and the many famous and historical people involved such as Teddy Roosevelt and many others. We finished the tour with a late night visit to the oldest cemetery in San Antonio, where the ghost stories had an even bigger effect on us. We were able to take all the photos we wanted and were told where the best spots were to possibly catch a glimpse or photo of a spirit. Our guide was fantastic and besides being a great storyteller, he was very nice, helpful and loved answering all of our questions.
