It was very nice and friendly drive. The only drawback is the waited 60 minutes Instead of 39 minutes at the pick up location Due to some detour. I wish we would have gotten some info About it.

This company was great at communicating when we called them. They were friendly and the information on the tour was interesting. One thing we figured out was that it says it runs every half hour, but that timeline varies a little.

As others mentioned, not having some kind of marker to designate where the stops are was terrible. Our first stop, we were looking all over wondering where the stop would be at. Until we finally saw the actual trolley coming, then we knew where then stop was. The first stop was the most frustrating, but once we rode the trolley and saw where the actual stops were, then everything was great. The drivers were all very nice and friendly. The only other thing we didn’t like, was every time the “tour” got back to stop #1, they would reset the driver and we’d have to wait 30 minutes for a new driver/trolley. Just keep that in mind if you’re planning your day. That was a little bit of a hassle, but all in all, we enjoyed the trolley experience.

Very informative and ran on time. Enjoyed riding and listening to the history. Learned much about the city and was able to visit many places we wouldn’t have on our own.

I have been living in San Antonio for 10 years now and this is the first time I did this. It gave me a lot of information of where to go so I can guide my visiting friends. The tour guides/bus drivers were all accommodating and knowledgeable. Jerry, Chief, Katelyn, Jim and another driver/guide (sorry I forgot his name) were funny and friendly.

The trolley was a great way to get around in a strange city. Instead of calling Uber for every excursion I used the 2 day trolley pass. I also enjoyed the Riverwalk boat ride without standing in line for tickets.

Our travel group always uses Old Town Trolley when it is available in the cities we visit. It is a safe, fun, and effortless way to see the cities when we first arrive. It's a quick way to see what we want to further explore. The step on-step off amenity is just wonderful. They always have knowledgeable and helpful folks escorting us around. It's just a fabulous experience! Can't beat it!!!!
