Discover the beauty of Marlborough your way. Rent a bike from us and enjoy your own self-guided wine tour. We’ll set you up with quality equipment and send you on your way with all the recommendations, tips and hints you need to craft your own unforgettable Marlborough wine adventure.
During Winter (June, July & August) rain or shine you’re covered:
should winter weather roll in, your adventure continues! We’ll provide van support (and umbrellas) to two points on the wine trail, giving easy walking access to up to 8 stops:

Your full day hire includes a bike, helmet, Hi-Viz vest, wine map and pick up from your local accommodation.
Tandems, child tagalong bikes, trailers, baby seats and E-Bikes are also available as an optional paid upgrade option.

The legal alcohol drinking age is 18 years old. Please bring passport ID if you are aged between 18-25 years old.

What To Expect
Explore Marlborough Wine Tours
Having been picked up from your accommodation you will be taken to Explore Marlborough's base at the Vines Village where you will be set up on your bike, given a helmet and a hi-viz vest. The Vines Village has restrooms, a cafe and a cellar door.

We were given plenty of hints and tips which were great. The bikes were well maintained and easy to use.The vineyards we visited were very welcoming and we had a fabulous day. 4.00It was a fun experience to e-bike among vineyards. It started blowing so the electricity was needed. The vineyards are located on a plateau so it was easy to get around.

5.00Had a great time riding around a few cellar doors and sampling the wines. The bikes were in good condition and easy to ride. Nice easy ride between the vineyards, a lot of it off road or quiet roads. The all day tour allowed us to visit 5 places and have a leisurely lunch at one of them
