Departing from our store at your leisure, the friendly team will ensure you are fitted to the right bike for your needs and will provide you with maps and lots of information on where to ride. You can choose routes that include wineries, a chocolate factory, scenic wetlands, beautiful coastlines and more, the choice is yours! Day hire lets you hire one of our bikes during store opening hours. This means you can pick up any time after opening, and drop off any time before closing. 5.00Outstanding service from Amber, it was a wet rainy day, we had booked and prepaid but she gave us lots of options for a few days, absolutely got our monies worth and saw lots of beautiful scenery when the weather played nice, easy maps to follow, cycle ways safe and the wines are amazing

2.00Charged my 12 year old $60 extra for 'breaking' your lemon bicycle, which we returned within 6 minutes of acquiring. Left him in tears, ruined the day & was the only low-point in an otherwise wonderful trip to New Zealand, where we encountered non-stop friendly & lovely people over 3 weeks, with the exception of Napier Bike Hire. Sorry, you can have a nice review, or $60, but you can't have both.

5.00We had a fantastic time biking around Napier—the views were absolutely stunning! My husband had a flat tire twice, but the staff were incredibly kind, promptly picking us up and fixing it. Great service and a wonderful experience overall!

5.00Quality bikes ready and waiting upon our arrival. Staff ensured we were comfortable with everything before we set off and provided full back up details should we encounter any difficulties., which we didn't. Maps provided. Had a terrific day riding around Napier and surrounding countryside.

5.00Rented the bikes and rode to the winery. Bikes were in really good shape and check in was easy. They ask where you would like to go and provide a map. The day we went it was very cold so riding against the wind to the winery was very cold. The scenery was great and pedal assist on the bike was very helpful. It took about 2 1/2 hours to get to the winery. Once we got there we decided we did not want to ride all the way back and called the company to see if they could pick us up. They did for a fee but did seemed annoyed about doing it.

5.00Easily located on waterfront, staff were helpful and of good nature making sure bike and helmet were setup correctly. Map provided and off we went. Great route along some very picturesque coastline. Team were very punctual to ensure pick at last winery pre 4pm to get us back to cruise ship . Recommended to all as very flat and easy leisurely ride.
