Emile was excellent, very knowledgeable and his English easy to understand, you learn so much more on a tour than simply reading in a guide book. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Joanna was a superb guide with vast knowledge about Van Gogh and the areas that we visited. Her enthusiasm was contagious- very professional and she made the tour fascinating.

I really enjoyed this tour. Léonie was friendly and knowledgeable, and the others in the group were good company. There were only 6 of us, though, and I suspect it might have been a bit of a tight squeeze in the van had there been 8 of us. The tour was fairly comfortably paced, with no sense of being rushed from one place to the other - although another 15 minutes at the hospital/monastery and also at the lunch stop would have been very welcome.

This was a well designed tour, that explored several of the major haunts of Van Gogh during the time he lived and painted in Provence. Our guide, Joanna, did an outstanding job of providing insight from Van Gogh's personal history that helped to make sense out of his approach to painting. She also talked about his painting style, and what was new about it. It was wonderful to stand before some of the buildings, and along the banks of the Rhone River in Arles in the exact spot where Van Gogh stood when he painted his river scene there, and discover what inspired him. I would give this excursion/expersion a big two thumbs up. Really enjoyable and informative. And Joanna was simply outstanding.

Excellent fun and super interesting walk through the footsteps of Van Gogh in Arles and charming St Remy. Whether or not you’re an art fan, this tour includes local architecture, history, and lore. A pretty comfy van with enough stops. Eat before you go. Our guide Martine was a great driver and the best guide. She’s great!

This was a wonderful day exploring Van Gough, seeing where he painted some of his works coupled with a detailed tour of Arles and st Paul de Mausoleum finishing in the beautiful Saint Rémy de Provence. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation recommending this trip. Truly money well spent.

This was a great trip for Van Gogh lovers or anyone just interested in seeing something a bit off the beaten track. Jeremy was an amazing guide - super knowledgeable, very friendly. The tour was well timed - I didn't feel rushed (or bored). Seeing the places that inspired some of the most beautiful paintings was amazing, particularly the hospital where Van Gogh stayed and painted "Bedroom in Arles".

My only complaint is that it wasn’t longer! I enjoyed it thoroughly and could’ve kept going. So, it’s really a 5/5, but with room to grow.
