Set in a steep valley, this charming town of Fontaine de Vaucluse boasts an incredible natural site which has one of the highest flow rates in the world, is accessible via a path along the river. You will be charmed by the emerald green colour of its waters, and surprised by the power of its flow, especially in periods of flooding!
Gordes
Take out your camera !!!!! One of the most beautiful and panoramic view in Provence. Its houses of white and gray stone rise up in a spiral around the rock where the village is set.

5.00Gordana is an amazing tour guide. She was very knowledgeable especially about ancient history, so it was both educational but also interesting to follow what happened in the past and how they still remain its shape now. I originally thought about a wine tour, but didn't have enough time for that this time. When I asked which wineries to visit, she was open sharing what she likes and things we should try. Another thing I really appreciate about her was that she protects us from falling a tourist trap. Really appreciate her time and company. Hope to have another trip with her when I come back to Avignon.

5.00Our tour with Gordana was one of the highlights of our 5 week vacation. Without question, she was the best tour guide we had on our entire trip. Warm, charming, and filled with information about this lovely region. Her tour took us to fascinating little villages throughout the region and wonderfully balanced guided touring with sufficient time to explore on our own in each location. It was a full day of unexpected views and great photo opportunities. Gordana is delightfully personable and clearly knows this region well. Her English was excellent and she was a clear communicator, always willing to answer our questions. The tour was conducted in a comfortable mini-van, and covered areas West, South and East of Avignon. I wish all the guides we’d had on our travels were of this caliber. Overall, a terrific tour!
