This tour took us to some beautiful and picturesque places, which were high on our bucket list. Unfortunately we were in the back seat of the minivan and could not hear a word of the commentary. At our first stop, we advised Hubert, our driver/guide that we couldn’t hear him , which he acknowledged that he knew. I asked if he had a microphone so we could hear. No he didn’t. And that was that. He didn’t speak any louder so we could hear and so we were just sight seeing with no commentary on where we were, what we were looking at or any history that went with each place, until we got to the last stop at Pont du Gard. At every stop, we were given a time to return. Hubert didn’t give us a walking tour and so we still weren’t given any information on the places we saw. Hubert was a nice man, helping us out of the van and taking some photos for us at Roussillon. Overall this was a hugely disappointing experience and tour, as this was one of the tours we were looking forward to most on our journey around France. Possibly with a different guide, the experience would have been amazing.

A wonderful way to see several of the best villages and sights of Provence around Avignon. Nickola was an excellent guide. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, clear and fun.

Nice way to visit several smaller villages in Provence as well as a couple of UN Heritage sites. There were 8 people in our van.

By taking the tour my husband and myself, and two other couples, saved ourselves a lot of sweat of figuring out logistics to see 6 top Provence attractions in the vicinity of Avignon. Just driving itself would be nerve-wracking. Instead we were VIP delivered right to the centres of hilltop villages, picturesque towns and Pont du Gard. Yes, we had to be disciplined and respectful of time. Frederic was our delightful and extremely knowledgeable guide. He used the time on the road to comment on the upcoming attraction, to answer our questions and to give us practical advice. He had maps for us and loads of interesting insights. We got great value for the price and treasured memories.

Brigitte was an excellent hostess. From 8.30 am until 7 pm, she took us on an introductory tour of Provence. While driving, she also explained to us the history and way of life in Provence, in both fluent English and French. No mean feat ! She also tailored the excursion to our interests and needs ( we were seven in the group). When we booked, we thought the tour rather expensive, but now we would say it was money well spent, as it would have been impossible to pack in everywhere we went, especially using public transport. To Brigitte we would like to say a big,"merci".

A taste of the various villages in Provence with beautiful scenery. Unfortunately felt somewhat rushed and the directions on where to go were not always clear.

Excellent tour with Nico! Traveled with two adults and an 11 and 14yo on a Saturday from the U.S.. Easy pick up and drop off at hotel near Avignone TGV. Perfect pace for the day. Clean and air conditioned van. Guide was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations at each stop. We were lucky to see a lavender field that had not been harvested yet which is rare. Highly recommended a tour in peak months vs. renting a car where each village parking lot or stop for viewing is crowded.

Tiere was an amazing guide. I learned so much about the geography, history, agriculture and people of Provence. I would recommend this day trip as a great way to grey a feel for the region.

It was really great small group (8 people) tour. We loved all places where our guide took during this day: beautiful picturesque villages, scarlet poppies fields, ancient Pont du Gard. We haven' t been able to see all of it in one day without this tour. And we didn't feel rushed at all. Our tour guide and driver Hubert was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very glad we took this tour, we truly enjoyed it. Thank you!
