Each of the places we went was worthwhile. I wish I knew the name of our guide, because he did a great job.

The driver/guide was excellent and the trip afforded a good opportunity to see the agricultural land and vineyards outside Hobart. We had a beautiful day weather wise so really enjoyed the views from Kunanji/Mt. Wellington. It was nice to see the tall trees in the national park. Richmond was of marginal interest and Bonorong is very small but informative.

Tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Was fun to see the animals, the small quaint town and the views from the top of the mountain. Small group was good.

We had a wonderful day on the Hobart Mt Wellington, Mt Field, Bonorong and Richmond tour. Our guide Garry was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Tasmania. From the start of the day everything was seamless and very well organised. The itinerary was perfectly paced, beginning with a beautiful rainforest walk at Mt Field, followed by time in the historic town of Richmond, a visit to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, and finishing at the stunning lookout from the top of Mt Wellington. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Bonorong was a real highlight. It was lovely to see the care and dedication given to the animals, and we even had the chance to hand feed kangaroos which made the experience very special. Each stop was thoughtfully planned and Garry’s commentary throughout the day added so much to the experience. This tour is a fantastic way to see a variety of Tasmania’s landscapes and wildlife in one day. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hobart!

Jarrod picked us all up on time and was a super safe and informative driver. Great trip if you don’t have a lot of time but want to learn a lot about Tasmania.

Discover different parts around Hobart: the forest, the waterfalls, the local wildlife in the wild at Mt Field and also at the Bonorong Sanctuary in captivity. Visit the charming ka town of Richmond and finally the spectacular view from Mt Wellington. Beautiful.

The guide Brett worked previously at the Taranga Zoo & was so knowledgeable about local fauna & spotted wild wallabies munching in a neighborhood. He was friendly & accommodating. Mt Field was truly beautiful with gorgeous waterfalls, tall eucalyptus & tree ferns. We had a beautiful clear day at Mt Wellington for panoramic views. Richmond was a historic township. I had a great time at Bonorang Wildlife Sanctuary that rehabilitated 2500 animal annually! I hand-fed grey kangeroos. But what was best was watching the adorable echidnas waddle around.

Our trip with Hans was excellent! He made sure to detail the local history, geology and wildlife of all the areas we explored and ensured that the long rides, especially to Mt Field, weren’t boring!
