5.00This was an excellent tour to see parts of the North Island. But you need to be aware that it includes about 40 minutes of walking on steep hills and beach activities.

5.00A great day out to Coromandel with our fun and bubbly guide, Jaime who also shared great travel tips for Auckland and NZ in general. At the start of the day we were 10 individuals from all over the world but by lunchtime we shared travel stories and tried some kiwi snacks like hokey pokey chocolate and pineapple lumps. It was great that we had 2.5 hours to spend at cathedral Cove so we had time to swim and enjoy lunch and an ice cream in the village before lunch. A big packed lunchbox was provided to each participant as well After lunch we headed to Hot Water Beach and stayed together as a group to experience the magic. We all bonded so well together and it was sad to say goodbye to our new friends when we arrived back in Auckland. Highly recommend this trip however if you have difficulty walking up steep hills and lots of stairs consider taking the water taxi ($40 pp one way).

5.00We had an amazing day touring the Coromandel with Expedigo. Our guide, Doug, was extremely informative and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Hot Water Beach was a highlight, digging our own hot water pools with shovels was such a fun and unique experience. The trek to Cathedral Cove was absolutely beautiful, and the views were more than worth the walk. Expedigo had everything so well organised, from water and snacks to a lovely lunch, which made the day completely stress-free. My niece and I had the most wonderful day and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone interested!

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Coromandel and Cathedral Cove. The 40minute hike, in to Cathedral Cove was beautiful and not difficult at all. We especially appreciated our driver/ guide for the day, Jamie, who was very knowledgeable of the terrain and animals/ birds we saw on the way. 5.00Pick-up worked perfectly! The walk to the Cathedral Cave was absolutely amazing, with so many beautiful islands along the way. Hot Water Beach was incredible — digging a hole and finding hot water was such a cool experience, and the water was unbelievably hot!

5.00Very relaxed Tour with friendly driver (Jaime), who never pushed us to be fast. So we could fully enjoy the Highlights, as hotwater Beach and the cove, including hiking. He gave us nice explantions and insights into the history of the Region. We always got water and food from him, whenever needed. Very good experience!
