What To Expect
Anzac Hill
Our first visit of the day is at Anzac Hill, where you will be able to take in panoramic views over the town of Alice Springs and the surrounding MacDonnell ranges. You may be able to capture one photo to cover the entire town. Anzac Hill is a memorial dedicated to those who served in Australia’s defence forces during all international wars.
John Flynn's Grave Historical Reserve
Your next stopping will be at Flynn’s Grave Memorial, the resting place of Reverend Flynn, the founder of Royal Flying Doctor Service. We make short stopping to relax and enjoy the changing colours of the magnificent West MacDonnell Ranges and get some photos.

5.00Mahesh Mahendra, driver and very knowledgeable tour guide, took us on an adventure of a life time. So many places packed in just a half a day! We weren’t sure which excursion to book, but we are sure glad we booked this one! Authentic tea and snacks were good too!

5.00Our guide, Mahesh Mahendrs, explained a lot of historical background to us. He is a very positive, open, entertaining, and also very welcoming guide; we really liked his style. We had plenty of time at each stop; there was no rush. The picnic towards the end of the tour was particularly special, with a wide selection of snacks and drinks. Overall, we enjoyed it very, very much!
