Was the highlight of Vancouver to see the Canyon Lights at Capilano suspension bridge. I had no idea when I booked it that the lights were up and it was the last night. It was magical, I wish we had more time at this location. We saw Stanley Park and ate lunch at Public Market in Granville then drove through Vancouver seeing landmarks due to the protests that were occurring downtown. I wish we had more time at each spot but I realize it is a long tour. I definitely will go back to these locations to enjoy more. This is a perfect tour if you only have a day or two in Vancouver.

Great experience. Had sufficient time at Granville island and at Capalino bridge. Would have been better without rain but we were given umbrellas. Small group allowed a great tour. Driver tour guide was quite knowledgeable Of Vancouver.

Did not get to go on the tour because the bus driver failed to pick us up at the planned pick up point. We were there at the appropriate time and were even early. We were told he would come into the hotel lobby and pick us up and he never did. I called 3 times and was told each time he would be there. The last time I called I was told that he already started the tour without us. Then the policy of the company was to only refund 70% of the fees! I do not recommend this company for tours in Vancouver.

Zero stars The most boring and repetitive tour I have ever experienced. I wish I had four hands, so I could give it four thumbs down. After not being welcomed and given clear guidance on exactly where to meet 30 mins prior, we started 22 minutes late after one passenger (who also did not get guidance and went seeking advice) was called and provided alternative arrangements. The sites visited were significant; however, we were driven to service souvenir shops, rather than the experience all that those sites had to offer. The tour vehicle itself was old, noisy and detracted from the experience. It was uncomfortable and not to the standard of which the cost of the tour would justify. These negative aspects made the whole tour a disappointing experience and could have been a sizeable amount of money better spent elsewhere. At this point, I feel that our point has been made - disappointing to say the least-catch the free shuttle to Capilano.

The tour was good in itself, but what made it a great tour was our guide, Steve! Steve really elevated the tour experience for us - we saw all the main attractions in Vancouver and left it feeling really satisfied as a customer.

I had a great experience doing the Vancouver Highlights tour. Leslie knew every sorts of things and was quite entertaining. In a good amount of time you were able to see amazing corners of the city. The Capilano Suspension Bridge was a big highlight since we were able to visit it in the dark with the lights (and in the beginning by day too). Thank you, S.
