5.00Liam was great. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and didn’t mind a bit of back-and-forth banter, which made the tasting really enjoyable. He also knew his stuff, with strong knowledge of Australian wines and the Hunter Valley in particular. A genuinely good cellar door experience thanks to him.

5.00We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and we were shown to our tasting table. The young lady who described the wines and the food matches was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained that some of the grapes were local and some sourced from other wine growing regions of Australia. The food matches were really tasty and she had a little surprise at the end of the tasting (which we won’t spoil for you) but which we both really enjoyed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
