Wonderful variety of wines, lovely lunch and an excellent guide. The cheese selection was small but good. Excellent day.

Delightful day! Stuart was a great guide, enjoyed him a lot. We visited 3 small boutique wineries … enjoyed them all. Stuart found us some kangaroos at the last one! Cheese tasting was very nice and lunch was ample and tasty. Only suggestion might be to not have the cheese immediately after the fairly hefty lunch. But we all did eat it and enjoyed it. I do recommend this tour!

We went on a wine, vodka, cheese and chocolate tour. This review isn't about the firm that took us on the tour because someone else booked it for us and I can't remember what the name was, whoever it was they did a fantastic job getting us from A-B, this review is my opinion on what you should do on the tour because a lot of time is wasted doing boring stuff. Ok on my opinion give the vodka, cheese and chocolate a by, the vodka is poor quality flavoured the stuff you get around Xmas in a bottle shaped like a ball or shoe over priced crap, the cheese was nice but nothing u don't get at home ok if you live in Australia but no good if you have to hold on to it then transport it back to the UK and then chocolate we sit down and the first thing we get told they import it from Belgium so kind of done that in Belgium and then we look around the shop and they are selling chocolate from five miles from my home so not a Ozzie experience. We visited three wineries tasted a lot of wine, spoke to passionate people who produced the wine and knew everything about it, this was worth doing we also stopped off for a bit of food can't fault it.

We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Hunter Valley wine and cheese tour. The wines were delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was very well organized. Our guide, Tony, truly made the experience special with his engaging stories and interesting facts about Australia. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and can highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Very well organised, but rushed to visit the 3 vineyards and lunch stop. Tour leader was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to accomadate clients wishes. Compared to vineyard tours in other countries, the Hunter Valley did not meet expectations, and were disappointed with it, rather than the tour organisation.

Although this was a good day out and not terrible, Saddlers creek was a nice start and the best of the lot was The Hanging Tree. Everything else was average and tired. Last vineyard was run down, even dirty glasses for the tasting! Lunch could have been swapped out for a nice platter at one of the stops maybe? Our driver for the day was fun and friendly but not really dressed to represent a company. Long way to travel for this experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ben was excellent so friendly and informational, especially as a solo traveller. The lunch included was delicious and the cheese tasting was an unexpected treat. Saddler vineyard was my favourite - Scotty was great.

Our guide was great, the trip was well organized, lots to do in short time. I would give it 5 stars except for one of the wineries where the person serving the wine was off the mark. Otherwise a great way to spend a day tasting good white wines. This is not known as a red wine region and tasting the reds confirms this.
