Scenic World Blue Mountains
Experience the wonder of the Blue Mountains from above (and below!) with our Scenic World passes, permitting us access to three amazing sightseeing rides and a guided boardwalk through the rainforest! Discover the thrill of a 52 degree incline (128% incline) riding the steepest passenger railway in the world, the Scenic Railway. Glide between cliff tops and gaze at the rainforest canopy through the glass floor of the Scenic Skyway! Suspended 270 metres above ancient ravines, the Skyway provides a unique thrill. enjoy the Scenic Cableway, 545m journey descending into the Jamison Valley. The Cableway’s fully enclosed cabin is a unique vantage point for viewing the Three Sisters, Orphan Rock, Mt Solitary and Katoomba Falls. Disembark at the bottom station to access the Scenic Walkway and stroll through 2.4 kilometres of Jurassic rainforest.

4.00We booked the Blue Mountains Scenic World tour through Viator, with Anderson Tours as the tour operator. We were picked up at 7:05 a.m. near The Rocks, and the first stop was Scenic World. Scenic World is similar to a theme park and offers multiple rides that provide excellent views of the rainforest and surrounding landscapes, along with short rainforest walks. After Scenic World, we drove to Echo Point Lookout, followed by a visit to Boars Head Lookout. Lunch was provided and included vegetarian and vegan options, such as pasta, which were satisfactory and well organised. Post lunch, the tour continued to Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, where we were able to see koalas and other native Australian animals up close. By 4:00 p.m., the bus dropped us at the ferry point, and we enjoyed a relaxing ferry ride back to Circular Quay, arriving around 5:20 p.m. Overall, this was an interesting and well-balanced tour, offering a good mix of scenic rides, rainforest walks, wildlife viewing, and a ferry experience. Our guide, Rin, did an excellent job of keeping the group engaged throughout the trip, adding to the overall enjoyment.

5.00I highly recommend this day trip as it had a lot packed into it. The views were amazing and my wife and I got some great photos. Scenic World, the national forest, Sydney Zoo, and Sydney Park all in one day was impressive. Our driver/guide Kumal was very informative and friendly. We had regular stops with rest rooms all along the way. Lunch was very good with 4 selections to choose from. The trip ended with a ferry ride back. Great day!

5.00This tour was amazing! So many breath taking views/sights all throughout blue mountain! Grant are tour guide was informative and a fun time through out. Lunch was wonderful. Shout out to Grant, I have celiac disease (gluten allergy) and he was very attentive and checked with the restaurant staff to make sure I had a safe meal! forever grateful for getting to enjoy lunch with everyone because of that! so thank you Grant! this tour is an absolute must.
