  Amazing trip with Glenorchy Air from Queenstown to Milford. Epic views of the southern Alps, glaciers and valleys with some waterfalls along the way. Our pilot Megan was exceptional, awesome commentary and super friendly. The boats tour in Milford with Southern discovery was just as awesome, the landscape is unimaginable and we saw dolphins, seals and even a little penguin swimming.   Our pilot Will was fantastic. He was able to show us the beautiful New Zealand mountains and country side. Easy flying back to Queenstown with spectacular views. Will was very knowledgeable of everything we were flying over. Great, easy, fast, an excellant way to see this beautiful country.

  I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday. Glenorchy Air was THE BEST choice for a fly/cruise/fly to Milford Sound/Fiord. Everything from the booking process to the end of the day was exceptional! Rob the pilot was top notch flying us over the best scenic spots explaining each. Brand new Kodiak aircraft, still smelt new! Cruise was fabulous. Well worth the money. Highly recommend.

  Had an amazing experience with Glenorchy Air for their fly>cruise>fly to Milford Sound. Our pilot Will was friendly, knowledgeable, and it felt very safe to fly with him. The plane is comfortable, good heating, and every seat is a window seat with great views. The transition from the plane to the cruise at Milford sound is seamless, ensuring you get the best of both.   After a rescheduled flight due to weather, we were blessed with the long anticipated experience of flying to Milford Sound and back with the Nature cruise with Southern Discoveries in-between and this did not disappoint. A once in a lifetime experience with so many photo/video opportunities that exceeded our expectations and will be a memory that I am sure we will reflect on for years to come. Our pilot Annabelle was just awesome with her commentary and experience and made the trip so much better.   Absolutely unreal experience with Glenorchy Air. Flying from Queenstown to Milford Sound was hands-down one of the highlights of our trip — the scenery was next level from the moment we took off, and seeing Fiordland from the air is something photos just don’t do justice. The Milford Sound boat cruise was perfectly timed and topped it all off before an equally spectacular flight back. A massive shoutout to our pilot Joseph — a witty, down-to-earth legend who added so much value with his local knowledge, humour, and running commentary along the way. He made the flight feel relaxed, fun, and genuinely memorable. Couldn’t recommend Glenorchy Air more highly — worth every cent.

  Glenorchy Air was incredible! Megan was so friendly and made us feel super comfortable before the experience. The flight was smooth and she explained all of the sites. The rest of the staff was awesome as well.

  We were fortunate to visit Milford Sound on a beautiful, calm summer day. Rob was our pilot and he was professional and experienced. During the flight he described many sights, while maintaining a smooth and steady flight. We initially decided to fly back to Queenstown instead of taking the bus with the rest of our tour group because of the amount of time we would save traveling, however while that was important -traveling above the mountains , rivers, and glaciers was spectacular. It was well worth the money.
