The location of the boarding access was difficult to find. The cruise itself was very nice. Crew members were generally considerate. My complaint is that the audio level of both the music and the vocal narration were above what I believed to be the safe levels. An app on my iPhone registered a peak sound level of 103 db, with the average level running around 88 db. I don’t know what db level is considered “dangerous” by Florida law, but even with Kleenex plugs in my ears, the sound level was disturbing.

10/10!! The tour was great, even the tragic weather could not stop it. The guide really made sure that we know all the fun facts about the houses and their owners and told us a little bit about the story of Miami as well. I would definitely recommend, absolutely worth the price!!

The tour guide Nancy had a great personality, we traveled with family members that only speak English or only speak Spanish, she delivered a great service in both languages. I liked that we didn't only see the mansions but we were also taken through the miami cargo port, and to se the magnitude of it was great.
