  Overall:​ The tour guide was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and provided great commentary throughout the trip. Area for improvement:​ The only downside was the pickup arrangement. Despite selecting a specific pickup point during booking, I was notified shortly before departure that I had to go to a different location. When asked why, the reason given was simply "no time to pick up from the chosen point." The two locations were actually not far apart, and a friendly discussion in advance would have been much better. Hopefully, future arrangements can involve more communication and flexibility with guests.

  Great half day experience. Very well organised. Our driver/guide, Antoine, was on time for pick up & was super informative. Great alligator & Everglades knowledge. Lots of interesting facts. The airboat driver was a great alligator spotter & we were rewarded with 4 sightings - 2 out of the water sunbaking & 2 swimming. Driver does 2 passes on both sides for optimal photo opportunities. Scenery & experience are really lovely. Alligator show after is a bit of fun.

  Excellent tour with humorous and very knowledgeable guide. Really recommend this trip. Captain of our airboat took time to explain about the park and the alligators. Trip certainly lived up to our expectations!

  We were picked up promptly from our hotel. Welcomed by our guide Antoine. Very comfortable transport with small group of 10. Antoine friendly and informative. Excellent trip on the airboat and we saw many alligators. I can highly recommend this excursion.

  I hate to leave less than a glowing review, and perhaps we were unlucky going by the majority of reviews but I wouldn’t really recommend this tour. I booked it for 8am a number of weeks in advance - due to jet lag I knew we’d be up early so I wanted to do this then explore South Beach on our only full day in Miami. I was in touch to confirm a few days before and 8am pick up was confirmed but then the day before it was changed to 10.30/10.45 (and I then had to chase again to get an exact time, I didn’t receive the email that was apparently sent ). A few minutes before the pick up time we then got another message to say the mini van was running 30 minutes late. Once we were picked up it was positive - comfortable van, Antoine was pleasant and informative on the trip there. I had assumed we were going to the Everglades National Park but it’s actually the Everglades Holiday Park, which is very touristy and tacky, not what I expected. The airboat ride itself was great, the ‘alligator show’ afterwards I’m not so sure about, and the little zoo was not great imo. We then hung about for quite a while - there was nothing to do but look round an overpriced shop or get overpriced junk food. We got back to the hotel just after 4 - there was some wild driving towards the end. If possible I’d recommend hiring a car for a few hours to do this, or maybe even researching going into the Everglades Park itself. It wasn’t worth the time, or cost for the 4 of us. But that being said if solo or a couple and you have lots of time in Miami and don’t mind the slack of this day then the airboat ride is fab.

  Our experience with the Everglades Tour from Miami was overall enjoyable, though it started with a bit of unnecessary stress. The pickup time was only provided after we followed up with the provider the day before, and we were told to be ready at 7:35 AM. We arrived at the lobby at 7:33 AM, but the driver was already across the street preparing to leave. I was told she had tried calling, but if a specific pickup time is given, it seems reasonable to wait until that time before departing. A pickup window instead of an exact time might help avoid situations like this and give both guests and drivers a little flexibility. Once we were on the road, the experience improved significantly. The ride to the Everglades was smooth and genuinely fun. Our driver kept us entertained with interesting facts about Miami, helpful tips about the tour, and a good sense of humor. It set a positive tone for the rest of the day. The weather was sunny but cold and windy, which meant wildlife sightings could be limited. Even so, our airboat captain made the ride engaging with fun facts, educational commentary, and well‑timed pauses so we could take in the scenery. The airboat can get loud, but the guide’s talk points throughout the ride kept it interesting. We did manage to spot a few alligators partially emerging from the water and to our surprise, a giant alligator basking in the sun on land. We also saw some local birds along the way. After the airboat portion, there was a short live show (about 15 minutes) that was informative and entertaining. On the way out, we saw foxes, raccoons, turtles, and there was an option to take photos with a baby alligator, though we chose not to do that. Overall, despite the rocky start and the limited wildlife due to the weather, the tour was still an interesting and memorable experience. The Everglades themselves are fascinating, and the guides made the most of the conditions.

  It was a very well organised tour overall. Antoine even picked us up from near the airport. Even on a very chilly day we managed to see a couple of alligators. The show afterwards was quite nice and informative. Captain Ritch was funny and super friendly. I would recommend this, especially on a warmer day to have alligators all the way up your boat.
