Our Marseille Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups around the old town. The tourist is guided by a Local Expert able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.
Our tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Provençal culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. Have a full meal in at least 4 stops: you will get the chance to try some of the most iconic dishes from Marseille, such as panisses, sauce aioli, calissons and much more!

5.00I had the pleasure of doing a food tour in Marseille with Inga. I had no expectations for Marseille as a friend said it might not be the best stop/most fun on the cruise but out of the tours I did in Italy, France and Spain, this was one of my favourite! Inga was fantastic, brought us to great places with great food. I had the best time, and as a foodie I truly enjoyed getting to try new dishes! I really recommend to do this tour if it’s your first time in Marseille:)

5.00We had a fantastic time with Sophie. Not only did she take us to some great restaurants, we had great conversation. Sophie shared a lot of insight into the history of the city along the way. She also conversed with our uber driver to make sure we made it back safely to our cruise ship. Would 100% do it again, even though it was chilly out!

3.00Inga was our guide. While a sweet woman, she was very flighty, and her lack of focus affected the tour. We wound up walking up and down multiple sets of stairs, and in hindsight, it very much felt like several of them could have been avoided. The food was just fair. The chickpea and the seafood left a lot to be desired, as did Inga's leadership.
