1.00I do not know but I will full refund and insurance benefits plus hospitalized situation and many other things. But the Balloon chrashed during landing and I do not know anything how to reach this company France montgolfieres balloon flighrs. Lot of mistakes they did during landing.

5.00From takeoff to landing, this was a terrific experience. We look to sunrise flight and it was beautiful! Pierre and his crew were fantastic. It surpassed all of our expectations. We loved how everyone gets involved with the setup and breakdown of the ballon. The champagne 🍾 upon landing was a great touch. We’ll definitely do this again.

4.00Dependence on weather conditions can compromise the ride. We signed for the sunset tour and had to make the tour at 7:30 in the morning, when there is less wind and less thermal, which resulted in a shorter distance traveled by the balloon. Folding the balloon at the end of the ride can be fun but exhausting, mainly because of the terrain where the balloon landed. By the way, the landing is somewhat "impacting".

5.00We flew directly over the Chateau de Chenonceau...amazing! The crew are very professional! We had a cloudy morning ride we were kept lower for better visibility. We flew over trees, heard the roosters crow and saw the horses restlessness when the pilot ignited the flame. Worth the long drive from Marne La Vallee to knock this off the bucket list!
