Embark on a full day wine tour, including an amazing "Farm to table" style lunch with tasting. You will discover the Loire Valley wines and gastronomy with a passionate professional guide.
As a small group of 8 people maximum, you will live a true and complete experience :
- Visit three wines estates in Vouvray, Bourgueil and Chinon
- Visit vineyards and rock-hewn wine cellars
- Learn about Terroir" and the work of the wine maker, with commentary tailored to your wine knowledge
- Taste up to 20 different red, white and sparkling wines, paired with local cheeses and other delicacies
- Enjoy a fantastic "Gastronomic Pic Nic" 3-course lunch
- Go from one place to another in a comfy chauffeured Mercedes minivan

What To Expect
Domaine Le Capitaine
Visit a vineyard and winery in Vouvray and discover "Terroir" and learn how wine is made. Visit of a rock-hewn wine cellar (several kilometers long). Tasting of different white wines typical from Vouvray (dry, half-dry, sparkling,…) paired with local cheeses
Chateau de Miniere
Tour a winery estate in Bourgueil. Tasting of a range of sparkling, white and red wines from different terroirs paired with a "Farm to table" gourmet picnic lunch. The philosophy of the Chef: « a 0-kilometer menu »!

5.00This tour was absolutely amazing. Our guide, Alysea (apologies if I misspelled it), was PHENOMENAL. I learned more about wine/winemaking during this tour than i have in the last few years. I also appreciated how easy the tour company makes it to purchase and ship wine back to the U.S. I can't recommend this tour enough!!!

5.00We had a fantastic experience with Vincent in the Loire Valley in a small group. He communicated well about trip logistics and plans. He made excellent selections for the places to visit, showcasing the diversity of wine styles in the Loire. He tailored his extensive knowledge of the Loire and own experience in winemaking to delight those in our group new to and very knowledgeable about wine. We visited new and established winemakers and learned about biodynamic practices and innovation that are a signature of the Loire Valley. Our farm to table lunch was delicious complement to the wines we tasted and a subsequent short visit with the chef at his farm was an unexpected highlight! We highly recommend him and Vinoloire!

5.00We were so happy with our full day Tour visiting three different wineries, including lunch at Chateau De Miniere. Sophie our tour guide was amazing from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We tried over 17 wines and both said it’s well worth the money we paid. Thank you Sophie, you’re a massive credit to the business. When in tours, we highly recommend this tour.

5.00Great experience. The wine got better along the way. The lunch was fabulous. And you can buy wine everywhere and the tour place will ship ALL of it for you. I did not understand and had the second winery ship. It was pretty hot so the whites were nice and the reds were nice ones for the day as well. I bought 24 bottles on the tour.

5.00This was an excellent trip - collected punctually, great guide, very knowledgeable and engaging. Comfortable van, good companions. 3 very good local vineyards. Interesting and unusual wines. Good cheese s and a picnic too !
