Hirano Kosaki was an excellent guide. She was enthusiastic and energetic and kept our kids entertained even when there was a lot of walking to do. She recommended great places for us to eat and shop, and she was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites we visited. We loved our day with Hiro.

Fin trip with Mizu. I was solo and used taxi so we covered 2 times the spots to see and shopped special stores. Also some cool food. Would recommend you do the same and also limit time at major spots so you can really see shop and eat more. Mizu knows a lot more spots and is flexible. Take an empty backpack if shopping Highly recommended.

Hiroko was very friendly and accomodating! We had a day trip to Kyoto and wanted to get a taste of this beautiful place. She suggested sites to visit based on my family preferences and we really enjoyed our visit despite it was freezing and snowy. Thank you, Hiroko, for a wonderful day in Kyoto.

Kazu Akiyama was amazing! He was so responsive, organized, flexible, and knowledgeable. He worked with us over email before our trip to put together the perfect walking tour based on what we wanted to see. He even printed out information for us for sites we let him know we were going to see after the tour on our own. English was great!

We did a small private 6 hour tour today with our lovely guide Mizu. She took us to the four temples and shrines that we asked for and we learnt a huge amount. The day was really well paced and we caught some public transport and taxis. Mizu also took us to Japanese restaurant with fabulous food that we had never tried before. It was so great having our own lovely guide as our day was super easy and educational. I highly recommend!!
