I don’t know how there are so many rave reviews for this. It was “meh.” Our driver, Disco the Don, was a rather reckless driver and more focused on looking at and pointing out houses, than keeping his eyes on the road. The sights we saw were mediocre. As a tour guide, he had very little knowledge and repeated the same one or two sentences about what we were seeing, and what we were about to see, rather than sharing interesting Hollywood tidbits. He also seemed to play to the lowest common denominator. Showing a photo of the ambulance that took Michael Jackson’s body off the property he was renting at the time of his death, was tasteless. If that’s the highlight of the tour, something is seriously wrong. The final negative component was asking for gratuities. Would not recommend.

Sammy D. was awesome. I explained where and who lived where. He was funny and we could understand him because he didn’t talk fast. He made us laugh with his jokes. When we stopped to take pictures at the peace sign he let me stay on the bus bc I’m physically challenged. We would ride with him a lot if we lived in the area. God bless Sammy D. Thanks

Cancelled the tour on the exact time that it should start, without proper notice; not even a text. I even waited at the pick up location for almost an hour and called their number several times.

This tour was not as advertised. It stated Hollywood sign photograph opportunity but the bus didn't stop & we had to try to take a quick photo from Mulholland Drive, in between bushes & trees, as we were moving. The sign was miles away & it was near impossible. The drive past Dolby Theatre, Grauman's Chinese & the Walk of Fame, was exactly that, a drive past, amongst the traffic & if you were in the right side & not the left, you couldn't see anything but the person in the seat opposite. We got out at the Beverly Hills sign, uneventful, for a photo, but that was it. The stars home were miles away, down in a canyon or up in a hillside. One person asked about Rodeo Drive & was told we would be driving past where it was. We sailed past it in a green light & got a quick look back at it, but only if you were on the left side of the bus, otherwise you wouldn't have seen it. Very disappointed in the whole thing!

We booked the 6pm tour with Eric/Aaron and it started off great and the driver was very informative and talkative. Eventually, he stopped talking and there were long stints of silence as we drove through neighborhoods. Additionally, it was supposed to be a 2 hour tour but was only about 1.5 hours because we didn't do Mulholland Drive and the Hollywood sign because it was too dark. None of this was communicated in the description or verbally. If two items are not on the itinerary for a night tour, then there needs to be two separate tours; one for the daylight and one of the night-time for clear communication. Lastly, while I was parking my car, my wife and kids needed to use the restroom before the supposed 2 hour tour starts. The gentleman in the store front seemed very reluctant to let them use it but eventually did. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the guy came back with a 3/4 used roll, not new. Lastly, the restroom was visibly filthy with hairs on the counter as if someone shaved in the restroom and didn't clean it. While we were leaving on the last tour of the night, the person in the storefront closed up and it was obvious that the restroom was not cleaned before he left.

Awesome tour guide. The weather was not great but our guide was awesome. Going over a holiday left the roads virtually empty so we were able to see so much.

Overbooked - gave our seats to another family who arrived later than us and offered us a tour an hour later. What a waste - has to pay for transportation down there. Super disappointed. Also the ice creams in the cooler were expired

The driver was driving too fast. I’ve learned a lot other than Los Angeles, it’s fantastic. It would have been interesting to give some historical elements and interact with the group.
