Hobbiton isn’t just a movie set—it’s a beautifully crafted world that makes you believe hobbits really might be hiding behind the round doors. It’s a must-visit for Tolkien fans and a delightful adventure for anyone visiting New Zealand. Greatsight driver we called him Nuttah, Our driver was absolutely exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They handled the road with confidence and care, always making sure everyone felt safe and relaxed. Very, very fun day. We love the Lord of the Rings and to come to Hobbiton was incredible and literally brought a tear to my eye. Ngata was a good bus driver and told us the history of New Zealand as we traveled. Can’t miss this experience.

This is a scam company. Would not recommend. I had to cancel my tour and they wouldn't give me a refund until I gave them all my account information which would have exposed me to fraud in my bank account. Avoid at all costs.

From Rotorua to Hobbiton on return The little trip was a success Our driver Ngata (SORRY if I distort your name) was very fun all along!!!! Arrived in the village even though we had only 45mins of visit of the village, we still had time to take the photos and for my part realize my dream of little girl! The one to set foot there at least once in my life 😘😘 And what about the tavern where a magnificent buffet awaited us! Excellent food I order this activity 100% 💯

Lovely day out in Hobbiton although it was off season it was still so busy with tours every half an hour so it gets crowded at times in places. Lunch was unreal , a wonderful spread was available to us and we came away very satisfied with everything 💚

Very enjoyable visit. The coach was comfortable and the guides were very nice. We were unable to stop at the souvenir shop but I was happy to spend that extra time on the visit. Lunch and drink were great!
