The mud experience itself was a once in a lifetime opportunity, however the tired surroundings didn’t live up to the high price tag and ‘sausage factory’ set up. The pool was very dated and old, the area to allow the mud to dry was minimal and uninviting. The shower was clogged so water could not free drain. Overall, please spend some tourist money to give a much needed upgrade. The ticket area looks new and clean, but once you’ve paid your money, it’s all downhill. What a shame!

Unforgettable moment , came here after booking, beautiful place where you take sulphur mud baths at 37 degrees for 20 minutes. People coat themselves in mud entirely. It revitalized us, removed dead skin and rejuvenated the skin, after a small cold shower and following in spas clean us in a hot water bath at 43 degrees. Geysers are right next door. What a good thing. We'd have been there all day. Very nice experience.

Awesome experience. We booked on tripadvisor and got a great deal. We were well in need of some rejuvenation after parkrun and mountain biking. The admission price was fair. We stayed for about 2 hours. The mud pools have a 20min time limit but the other pools do not have a time limit. There were not too many people which was great. The staff were all lovely and explained everything clearly. We had also booked a 12.30pm start time but arrived 45min early which was not a problem (we were kindly let in early). The facilities were excellent and well maintained. Overall this was a unique experience which we look forward to doing again.

That was a cool experience with the mud bath! It was really fun. The free guided tour was also very interesting and if it takes too long with kids, you can just leave it in between. Be sure to wear old clothes on the day, they smell a bit “strict” afterwards. Be sure to take rental swimsuits/trousers or old bikini - the smell and color won't go out anymore... have fun!

Really cool experience. Well run, staff were helpful and polite. The mud pools were fun and was just the right amount of time. Then soaking in the hot pools afterwards was lovely.

We had a fabulous time at experiencing the mud baths as a family. The staff were most attentive and helped immensely with our daughter who requires a wheelchair for mobility.

Great experience. Does what it says on the tin and does it well! Unique and not to be missed. Decent value and a fun experience, however be careful with jewellery, sun glasses, etc which can easily get tarnished.

Very educational and hilarious experience. Liam our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and purposes of each pool, but also very personable and quite funny. Not gonna lie, smell of sulfur takes a while to get used to, if at all, but talk about making your skin feel refreshed!
