Danni was so informative about the region. He selected boutique wineries that are family owned which would most likely be missed for some of the larger names in the industry. The wineries were beautiful and all had a different feel ranging from tasting rooms to sitting in the cellar door. Loved the opportunity to buy wines that are not sold anywhere else. It was great to visit the country towns of WA, which I would not stop off at on my own accord. Lunch was lovely as you could taste that they made all their own products ranging from olive oil, pasta and dough. Thank you for the experience.

Great selection of sites visited today. Started off with seeing and feeding alpacas and emus which was fun. Then enjoyed a homemade scone and either tea or coffee. Went next to sample chocolates and got to choose many types while hearing about the creation process. The store was connected to a tea and spice store which had a large variety of products. Additionally went for wine tastings at 3 boutique wineries chosen because they were attentive to the quality of their wines. Also got to try many different flavors of olive oil, salad dressings and dips. Lunch was terrific being able to choose from either pasta, pizza or salad. All in all a very enjoyable day, made possible by our guide, Dani and his partner, Ziggy.

Today my wife and I had an amazing experience on this tour. Our guide Dani was so knowledgeable with regard to the animals, the forestry and the wine and chocolate industry. Our lunch at Olio Bello was delicious and Dani’s choice of three family owned wineries was the icing on the cake. You cannot go wrong with choosing this tour. Angelo
